#7 is Tomb of Cyrus the Great, the founder of the Achaemenid Empire.
#6 is two different sets of inscriptions, one established by Darius the Great, and the other one from the Sassanid Empire:
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Behistun_Inscription
    en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taq-e_Bostan
#5 and #9 are the tombs of two of the greatest Persian poets, Khayyam and Hafez. To us, it's not morbid at all. Those are gardens for appreciating art and beauty. As Hafez says, "When you pass by my grave, ask for grace, for it will be the shrine of the world’s Rends!" ("Rend" is a concept perfected in the poetry of Hafez, and it can't be translated to a single word. The word literally means "a shrewd rogue", but Hafez uses it to describe his ideal human: An astute person who's in love, is flawed on the surface (might be a drinker for example), but is virtuous at heart, and calls out hypocrisy (of the sanctimonious pious people).)

hey guys, traveling to Iran isn't very expensive as Iranian currency is very weak compared to US or Canadian dollar. also i would guess as a Canadian couple you guys won't necessarily need a guide since Iran and Canada are in good terms, i know as a US citizen or British citizen they cannot get visa easily and also they'll need a government tour or guide for sure.

    Thank you two dear friends
I hope I can receive you when you visit Iran.
Let me give you a little explanation of the wrong history they gave us.
IRAN is the hearth of world and The cradle of civilization and Land of joy and celebration.
The history of civilization in Iran is more than 15,000 years, not 2,500 years
The first civilization of humanity was formed in Iran and gradually went to Mesopotamia, Sumer, Egypt and Greece and finally to Rome and then to other places.
Unfortunately, the hidden hands do not want the people of the world to know this and they make negative propaganda and sabotage and ...
Iran is the first country in the world and is the only country that has existed since ancient times .
Many countries, especially around Iran, were not on the map until 100 to 200 years ago and separated from Iran,
Alexander's attack is the biggest lie in history
ESKANDAR Of the Medes was an Iranian general (From the kingdom of Media before the Persians ) who wanted to return the rule of the parsians to the Medes .of course, the court of Cyrus the Great and the Persians were always full of Medes ministers. But because at that time the belief in the mystical school became popular and after coming to power he called himself Seleucid or Seleucids and ESKANDAR (not alexsander Philip's son, who was born 100 to 200 years later ) was an Iranian man who staged a coup d'etat and the majority in the court and Iran agreed with him. And easily return the government to the Medes, which is why the king has no crown on the Seleucid coins and, like mystics, wears a piece of cloth or nothing.
The Westerners misused the similarities between the names of ESKANDAR and Alexander and, according to history, stole and recorded our ESKANDAR as Alexander and for themselves because they always lost to Iran.
The discussion is long and does not fit in this article.
    Thanks

In Islamic tiling, not everything is always accurate. This is because of the philosophy that says that human beings are never precise in everything, and they make mistakes in installments. Very small pieces, such as corners.

visa shouldn't be that hard especially when you're clearly a tourist and interested in Iran... and it's not expensive everything here must be insanely cheap (but only for you, not for us cause we earn so little). the reason for that is our currency is being hammered... it's the most worthless currency last time i checked.
