@Ashley Gonzales Never tried it yet but am going to in late may. If I had to guess I would think as long as it's not exposed to rain I think hot Temps wouldn't be much of an issue.
Thanks for the video!! I have the smaller 2 tank machine. The owners manual has zero information as to how to set the machine or what the error codes are. Do you have a summary or info as to what each setting is?
Thanks for making this video. You were right about there not being any informative videos on these things. So does the beverage have to have as much sugar as soda? How much sugar has to be in the beverage for it to work? What if I juiced an entire watermelon (or some other low sugar fruit juice), and threw it in the slushie machine, would it turn into a slushie?
Well this really depends on the temperature you set it to, the lower the temperature the more sugar (or alcohol) you need to prevent it from freezing solid. Something in the order of 12 - 22%. Watermelon juice is pretty low in sugar content (about 6%), so you would have to add roughly 7 grams (4 ml) of sugar per 100 mls of watermelon juice at a minimum. I add about 25 ml of sugar per 100 ml of peach juice or 30 ml of sugar per 100 ml of mango juice.
I am so glad you made this video. I have a double bowl like your big machine. Can you share what settings you use to make your machine slush. Mine gets cold but does not slush. My recipe seems to be very sugary but for some reason it will not slush.
I figured it out. For the double unit, like your large single unit, I had to cut on both of the switches on the side, although I was using only one bowl (the one on the right). I then pressed the power button on that unit. I hit the mode button and selected cocktails. I pressed the settings button and left the rpm alone, then pressed it again to set the temperature to -10. In about 30 minutes the machine started to slush,
I would like to get one(the double}But I would put a bottle of Coke in it but when Not using it seems that the machine runs 24 hours and kinda nosy(loud}I think I read that you can shut off the Sluppie and the machine will keep everything cold I guess until you turn on the sluppie again?...Hate to put a 2 or 3 litter coke in it and you only use 1 or 2 glasses aday?
Trying to make alcohol slushies but can’t seem to get the measurements right it’s not freezing enough and drinks taste watered down if I add more water
I can help you with that! When you first start the machine has to be set -1 below zero. When it starts making slush, up the setting to -6 below zero. It has to be colder to start working. In your problems let me know!
Is it possible to fill up just one tank of the smaller fevor? Or is it obligatory to fill up both tanks ? Thank you so much for your video! Indeed hard to find any reviews or video about this!
Hi Seth, we just bought the big one. The owner's manual is useless. After the product turns to slush, do you change the setting to chill or what? My first batch was a frozen mess. I don't think I had enough sugar.
I have one similar to the smaller machine. I can get the bowl on and fill it up but when I put the lid on the entire bowl came off and liquid went everywhere. This happened twice before I gave up…any advice?
The bowl towards the front has 2 tabs. Those have to get pushed hard and fall inside the black lip. This happened to me twice until I realized you have to push hard back and down for those tabs to slip in.
So far my favorite for the kids is just buy Mango juice, add about 125 ml of sugar per liter, server to kids, for adults add 1 shot of coconut rum! On the big machine we do Peach billini's which is sooo good! 2 liters of peach juice, 750 ml peach schnapps, 300 ml of peach bourbon or peach rum, 350 ml of moscato wine, 150 ml of sugar, it'll freeze around -7 to - 8C
Seth I have the Vevor 3Liter x 2 like you. I cannot get it to get cold for the life of me. I did a 4-1 ratio for the syrup mix. I have it just on the left tank to get cold so it isn’t struggling to slush 2 tanks like you mentioned. Still nothing. I have it set to day and #1 setting also which I’m assuming means coldest. Any ideas?
As long as you get it set to the slush setting instead of the clean or juice modes it *should* get cold unless its defective. My small machine is still working well.
Anthony, I bought 15Lx2 that does not get cold. To make matters worse, no legitimate technician is willing to service a Vevor machine (at least in my area). In my case, it appears I have an issue with the refrigerant...possibly leaking. Let me know if you were successful getting support or if you had to return your machine.
Hey guys I have an update. So to get it cold the temp needs to be increased is what I found out. Yes, strange the higher the setting the colder it will get. If anyone needs the help I got this thing down now after many hours of trial and error. Thanks for help.
@@anthonyruiz6248 hey, do you mean -0.2 Celcius is not cold? I should go up instead? And what rpm you go? I been doing 51 rpm with -0.2 Celsius and NOTHING. I need help
@@KamdenW2017 Yeah at lower temperature (SLS 9 and above) non-alcoholic drinks don't flow very well at all. Also drinks with low sugar content don't flow very well either in general.

Great review!!! Thank you so much. I was trying to decide between these exact two, which helped me decide. Thanks again!
Sorry I didn't get any notifications there were comments on this, I'll try to reply to everyone asking now.
how do you think a vevor machine will hold up outside in summer heat? looking to rent it out on a bar cart. but alot of events are outside in summer.

I need to find a video showing how to take the two tank one apart to clean and put back together
Where can you order the Coke syrup? I have the Carnival King syrup and it is ok but would like to have the original Coke flavor.
For the double bowl, what are the settings to make slush?
When you first star, set setting to minus 1 degrees. When you start getting slush, up it up to minus 6 degrees. Works perfectly!
did you even look at BBB before you ordered from the F rated by the BBB.
How are they holding up?
I could not get the margarita man mix to work in the small machine 1x 3 liter ???
Were you successful???

@sethadler1981 can you share how much liquid of each you used for a margarita on the 6L machine
Thanks for video...I'm looking at the Vevor 2x15 liter..that should be a monster.
Did you get it?
Does your larger 1 tank unit 1st switch stay in the on position? Mine does and the machine runs all day. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it.
How do you get it to lock in place on that little holder?
Thank you for your review I loved it....
