In the 1980's, Andy Rooney was making close to half a million a year. He may have $17 in his pocket, but he has millions in the bank. Either way, he is an amazing individual.
Dear Mr. President, I have a five figure student loan that I need to start repaying in a month. Can I get a bailout? I'm nowhere near as evil or corrupt as the banks, so I think I deserve one.
This is America. If you keep saying the same crap for 70 years or so, you get your own show and you get to keep until you die. It is all about staying power.
