We have been where u r. We bought a fixer upper. I know it’s many months later but my suggestion is to take one room at a time. We made a list of most important room to least important room & just took each room until it was complete. We did not put a timeline on any project bc we did not want the pressure but the living room dining room kitchen came first since it was one big open space & we wanted it done by the holidays. We bought in Jan so we gave ourselves till Nov to finish those rooms. Then the pool bath, office, & lanai came next year. Then the next year we took on the upstairs. 3 bedrooms & the laundry room. The next project was the master bedroom, master closet, master bathroom. And the last room was the kids bathroom. It was many years…I think 5 years total. And in between we also did the outside. New windows, paint, roof etc. It’s a labor of love so take ur time. Enjoy ur life while doing each project. Have fun with it. Can’t wait to watch all ur renovation videos! ❤

As a former dog groomer you are taking a risk grooming your own dog at home with no experience. However, people do it all the time and it’s not hard to learn and you will get better the more you do it. A tip for nails that I always tell people is learn where the vein of your dogs nail is and trim off a little at a time. If you start and stay consistent while they’re a puppy, the more they’ll be accustomed to the process of grooming.
They only need to be bathed once a week right? A real grooming with that vacuum perhaps once or twice a month? I have had dogs and we bathed em once a week. With short hair we didnt habe to do much in terms of grooming. Just nails and brushing.
