Thank you! So the song is 4/4 and i find the best place to get a hold of the meter is where you play the chords instead of that beginning melody. Gm would be on the 1, Cm would be on the ‘and’ of 3, and Fm would be back on the 1. For the beginning melody, the first note begins on the ‘a’ of 3.
