Actually I don’t know your language.. But i love to hear you from beginning to last .. I think Kannada is a beautiful language.. I will learn it through your cooking channel 😊🙏
This is famous in North Andhra too. Chicken + tender cashew, cat fish + tender cashew are very tasty recipes. Heavenly 🤤 we even used to prepare just tender cashew curry.
My grandfather' house was in kundapura. He had mango and cashew farm. In summer holidays we used to visit and collect mangoes and cashew fruit. That was a great time. Now missing all that.
This is just amazing . Learning all authentic recipes and reminds one that real wealth is in villages and simple living . I hope some get inspired by your Life Style and to come forward to live in such Healthy Atmosphere . Everyone has their share of limitations but your videos remind us that there is never a dull moment in your life .
When we used to visit our native village during summer holidays by bus from Mumbai the first inkling of having arrived was the smell of cashew nut shells being used as firewood to heat the huge pots of water for baths in the early mornings....and then as Seema said we used to go daily "beeja pejjara" 😍

I am a native Kaup (near Udupi), but we live in the city. As children, when we used to go to our native for vacations, we used to pick karande (ripe wild berries) when going for long walks in the countryside. That was a favourite 😄
This is our all time favorite😍 during the season. Loads of tender cashew 😄 i made it just today as I have preserved the cashews bought from my native sirsi
During 1967_69 I was in byndoor studying in primary school. In cashew gardens they used to allow us to take fruits but not seeds. In front of our house people were selling cashew fruits saras for ten paisa. Red and yellow fruits. In the beginning v were not used to it. Used to get itching in throat. If it falls on clothes stains used to exist. After seeing your video remembered my childhood
In Andhra raw cashew nuts with drum stick curry for vegetarians and raw cashew nuts with mutton curry for non vegetarians are part of marriage menus during the season… very good recipe 🌷🌷

Reminds me of my native place, nostalgic memories! Only reminds us of how much this generation has missed out in life with their city life, coaching classes, career, profession, etc., with no vacation time at all right from school days, the tension we fortunately never went through & enjoyed our Vacation in our native place, visiting all our relatives in the interiors of Mangalore!
Looks yummy, I add 4 to 5 small onions while grinding masala. It gives more aroma to vegetables. We make with out cashews. Surely I will try your recipe.
Great job Bhatre! Reminds me of my childhood days at my granny's place. Mouthwatering palya.Great patience you people have. Be blessed. HARE KRISHNA! !
Gods creation is so unique and marvellous....cashews grown below fruit is one such plant....we make Kaju masala as curry or side dish....this palya is a must try with the normal cashews....😋😋

We had 2 acre plot at ajji mane, we three brothers used to be there during summer vacation.i could re call that I used climb trees , was just in 7th std . I also use to try passing from one tree to other. Accumulate cashews and dry it sunlight. Put in water and check if anything that floated and segregated. And once vacation is done sell them all. Today sitting is USA it's just a memory for me. My grandma used to come in case we don't return back from our plot. She is no more now. All memories.
