IN SCW here my property tax is really low. They might add each year maybe 20 or30 dollars. I was living in California in 2020 and my property tax was 5 times more than SCW. I think we have about almost 11K homes. There is every activity you could want to do here from athletic to crafts to boomer clubs and dancing or whatever. I love it here . The people are really great people who come here and most people are from somewhere else. You can do everything you need to do within the walls ( walls so to speak) like shopping banking eating or whatever. The first thing I noticed when moving here was how clean the streets and the area is. Next it's virtually crime free. The small crime we have is usually very close to areas outside the walls. And the one really nice thing I like about this place is almost every home on the inside is completely up to date. And the sense of community here. Like no other place I have ever lived at in my life.

Great info…..can you clarify the tax situation. Are you referring to difference in local
property tax or local income tax or local sales tax?
I was referring to the difference in the property taxes. That is where the larger difference is between these 2 communities.
