Ssoooo.. Teen is Billy. Probably Billy Maximoff or Billy Kaplan if they're gonna make Billy's last name based on the comics. But yea, Billy is a child of Wanda and in the comics, there was a story where she kind of magically created 2 kids where she didnt even realize they were magic. It's like immaulate conception. When she and vision left her kids to babysit agatha (yes agatha was wandas babysitter), the babies would disappear and then reappear when wanda came back. Long story short, in the end, the twins were fragments from mephistos soul and mephisto came to reclaim them. Overall in the end they defeated mephisto but the babies were kinda not real which left her in a state of mental instability. Agatha then removed the memoried of Wanda's children from her mind. Later on some many years in the future it turns out the souls of the children still existed and were reincarnated as Thomas shepherd and billy kaplan. To get an idea of this you would need to read scarlet witch and vision (the 90s one), then avengers disassembled, then house of M, then children's crusade. These comics shows the event from Wanda creating the children, to wanda killing a few avengers, to wanda eradicating 95% of mutants, to finally having her reynite with her children.
