May be, oven always gives better results than stovetop baking in case of puffs.
If you don't have oven, try in a pot with salt in it..

I tried in baking in cooker..i doesnt work, and all puffs bottom.layer is sticked to vessel..35 mins..i cooked. wasted..nd again i took out nd oil fried again..👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

You should not cook the puffs by keeping it directly in the pressure cooker. It will surely stick and burn the bottom. Better try the same method shown in the video.. or do the exact the same method in pressure cooker
