One of my all-time favorite Zappa pieces!
Had a blast at the ZPZ concert on Sunday! It was appropriate that they did this song with a reggae vibe...normally I do my 50's swim dance to this song but since I just got back from Jamaica I still had the vibe going on! LOVE this song!

Jesus ,It feels like last Halloween hearing FZ & the cats get silly with this one , we took our clothes off too ,many of the panties that went up on stage are now part of the panty quilt .

There will come a time when you can even take your clothes off when you dance.,,,,,,Wah Wah Wah Wah......! I saw ZPZ in 2011 in Nashville with RTF at Schermerhorn. Fantastic show!!!! Dweezil was gracious enough to do autographs for fans...including myself, he sighed my ticket for me. I'm lucky...and old enough to have seen Frank four times between '76 & '84. I miss his music. wisdom, wit and cynicism dearly. RIP Frank.

Ugh. The drums and bass in this mix are so awful. It is only better than cell phone footage in the fact that the high end is not ridiculously distorted.
The singer does not fit Zappa's vibe, crap I'm afraid...

@@tictacterminator Seems sort of cheap and easy. I'd imagine Frank would appreciate his son more if he made new material rather than playing in a tribute band at some generic hippy arts festival. If anything it seems ironic to play reggae versions of material from We're Only in It for the Money to a bunch of new-age white stoners with tie-dye and dreadlocks.. Couldn't be more ass-backwards honestly.
