I love sea of thieves. Been playing since the end of season 10. Started playing on my ps5 for the platinum. But I know when alot of ships start fighting it is only a matter of time til it starts lagging and crashing. But boy is it fun when I have nothing to loose!

Something I need to get off my chest is that I think they should change hourglass PvP so it’s even where you and your enemy have the same amount of materials you are still able to steal it of course but that’s not the main problem the main problem I have is a 3rd ship randomly coming in the battle and teaming up with the opposing team I think we should have specific PvP lobbies without anyone randomly having to convince the other ship to not sink you in hourglass I also think there should be a time limit to PvP because of how long some matches take there should be a system that can have a tie where both players get the same amount of points even though it’s not much Idk that’s just my opinion
Maybe a nice touch for hourglass would be to at least introduce a mechanic where you get more XP if the fight ends quickly, with the bonus being awarded to both the winner and the loser. The longer the fight drags on, the lower that bonus becomes. Not saying that if a fight goes for too long that you won't get any gains, after a certain point it will remain at a constant number, because sometimes really even fights can go on forever for perfectly valid reasons, but it would at least discourage people from running just for the sake of dragging things out.
@@arathyn8294 I completely agree with you, I’m trying to get the golden skelly curse and I’m only at like level 40 and it doesn’t help when there are fights that last to like an hour, when the grind already takes a very long time.

i mean there could be something like, the play area getting smaller in a set amount of time.
so the match will inevatible be finished in a set amount of time as well.
But i wouldnt do specific pvp lobbies, i like the chaos and the fun that comes with the open world pvp. Also this can go bothways
@@Soulseller33 well it’s already a open world PvP in high seas hourglass is more of a close quarter situation so u don’t like being interrupted by a giant galleon as a solo sloop while PvPing
My buddy, his cousin and I were running a Brigantine, had a full sloop in our alliance and rolled up to a Reaper 1 fighting an AF emissary in hourglass and turned it to a 3v1 it was great
