I know the seaweed looks bad but they might as well wait until the storm that's supposed to be with us in the next few days has been before clearing it up. Marine drive though - that's a disgrace and heads should roll for it. Thank goodness the Victorians knew what they were doing.
I think it's the (i hope the thought police are not reading this ) same people who flattened the tea gardens.Which should have been left alone.@@TheSilverFoxDoesStuff
Great video Mick , have to say how the council at Roker had teams of workers and equipment out as soon as the weather subsided to get the place clear for the public however Hartlepool just don't seem to bother 😢
Perhaps the storm was a one in fifty year occurance, but it defeated the sea wall. This kind of thing used to happen in Blackpool until they replaced the wall with a much more sturdy one.
Brilliant video - we were there on Saturday - It was awesome -big waves
Yeah, I'll try to get out and record some of the storm that's on its way right now
If you think the waves are going to be big - let me know and Ill drive over in our Campervan again - Spennymoor @@TheSilverFoxDoesStuff

When i take a walk down the beach towards the headland to see my family and see the crap coming off the sea walls it makes my blood boil.
The sea wall happened yesterday ?????
That’s not the fish sands, it’s the block sands
You are quite correct, how silly of me to make such an error. I spent my youth playing down there.

Cheers Steve. Yeah the Roker council were on it straight away.
Thank you :)
How strong the north sea is it's power is incredable and v beautiful
Yes, there's certainly some power there.

This is a brand new wall though, and it's been happening from the outset I believe.
Design is inherently faulty , it’ll happen again and again
Hi. It what way ?
Seaweed
Lots and lots of seaweed
Shit happens!
It does indeed
Awful drone work
Are you the drone police ?
