Holo Audio May unsurprisingly wins with its legendary 3D holographic soundstage. Gustard and MSB are harder to separate, I think the Gustard edges it with slightly more realistic decay on the vocals and saxophone.
the second one clearly stands out, great details yet not harsh, very pleasing and enjoyable sound. The third one is ok, but the resolution is not really there, feels like there's a sheet in front of the speaker. The first one, just not my taste, sounds so digital and harsh and right in your face.
sure is better than gustard... the msb is a different question... the msb is a single ended dac and don't do his best with the pass labs electronics (the balanced sources are far better in this set up)... in my other stereo set up with vitus ri101 amp the msb dac sound really wonferful...
@@gianmarcogervasi6013 Okey..., that clears up the Things a lot... (: Cause the X26 Pro is a much bette DAC tan the X20 Pro...should almost sound like the Holo Audio May..., what do U think ? The newest Gustard A26 must be a Steal ...for the Money, and sounds like every $4000 DAC..., we will see.
@@MrBoomtheroom maybe there is not a clear answer.. msb and holo are both wonderful .. so is the lector digicode that i share in other videos.. it depends about which set up (speakers, electronics, cable) you use the dac... with my vitus ri101/marten oscar duo the best dac is the msb analog with rca nordost cable, with my pass/wilson i like the best lector digicode with furutech cable but also holo may with nordost cable (lector is more dinamic and detailed.. holo warmer and softer)... obviusly the gustard x20pro is not at the level of the other dacs and i use it with my headpones set up

Can I suggest you add text to show what is playing on screen and timestamps please.

I liked the second presentation the most. The first and third are hard to tell apart. Maybe more testing is needed on those two.
For me , Holo Audio is the best ...
Price wise:
MSB - msrp 7000$
Holo - around 5000$
Gustard- 900$
Interesting how will the Gustard x26 pro for 1500$ will sound
To me the Holo is in a higher category than the msb and Gustard

So, is it the Gustard X20 PRO (Title) or the X26 PRO ???
Thanks

Hate the first one, no separation, all mix together. Love the second one. Bad timing the last one. Don’t know which is which.
