The Wilson's sounded better on my system. More balance top to bottom. The B&W were more forward in the vocals and less dense at the bottom.

In my opinion there were clear audible differences inthe sound of the two cables. More dry anf fast the kimber more harmonically rich and more going deep into the music the transparent. The ultra coasts not much more but it' far battere in my humble opinion.

Sabrina has to be connected to the 8 ohm taps on ARC. Here is what ARC support says: "We do recommend the 8-ohm tap with the Sabrina , but it will not damage anything to try the 4 as well. We find that the 8-ohm tap offers more control of the drivers, improving dynamics, detail, and imaging precision. The 4-ohm tap sounds slower and less detailed by comparison."

Van den hul best balanced, Cardas too lifeless for me, Nordost not as integrated / musical for my taste ie I enjoyed vdh the most. Great demo thanks

mir gefällt der B&W bass besser ,bei den höhen gewinnt die wilson audio.bei der optik gewinnt die B&W natürlich um längen 😂insgesamt gesehen würde ich die Wilson audio nehmen und ein upgrade auf x machen lassen. beide boxen stehen ganz dicht beieinander und nehmen sich hier nicht viel.

wunderschöne und sagenhaft gute lautsprecher.damals das beste was man für den preis kaufen konnte und auch heute noch erste wahl bei vielen .ich bin wilson audio fan aber hier spielen die B&W besser,obwohl ich die höhen etwas scharf finde.gehört mit grado kopfhörern.

Wow, it's harder to decide than on Pass - Arc shootout, when by the way Arc was better. Ri-101 is hack of an amplifier and in now days it can be bought for a fair price.

Somehow I feel Arc win again, even with a bigger speakers. For me Arc sounds like someone lift the veil from the tweeters, and not only high frequencyes but mid and even bass sounds better than Pass, which is interesting because I could bett on Pass without even take a listen. That Reference 75 is really remarkable amplifier.

I love both, a bit more the ARC sound a bit more contrasted, but let me say that with a different source this comparison isn't completely correct. What's about sound stage? Wich is the more deep and probabli wide?

Blackbird Lo is my favorite cart I've owned. How many ohms do you load it on the Manley. I typically use 199 with 100pf cap.

Hello Gianmarco, thanks for this video! I think you are first one who recorded Arc ref75 and top Pass electronic with small P3 ESR on RUclips. I have vintage Harberth LS 3/5a. I'm just wondering can you make a video comparing same amplifiers like here with your Wilson speakers? It would be great to use exactly this song because it shows all we need to hear. You wrote in your comments that Pass is the winner when put together with Wilson, but who knows, maybe some of us would prefer Arc instead?

Complimenti per i due "ensemble". Io ascolto con un ampli in classe D accoppiato alle Acoustic Research M1. Non posso giudicare perché con la compressione di RUclips si perde molto. Sono certo che la risposta delle due configurazioni è strepitosa. Saluti da Roma.

First is much louder, no fair comparison. Loud sounds always better

I guess with small speakers ARC gives a welcome sense of warmth and bloom/softness, at least with this genre of music. Not sure I’d like that with all music or larger, bass heavier speakers.

Definitely the ARC for me over some basic ear buds

The MSB seems to have tighter bass and more resolution while the May sounds smoother with longer decays. Mays soundstage might be a tad wider too.

To me there is something odd in the treble. It’s ok at the beginning but probably annoying after a while. I prefer the warmness of the Sabrina.

Cardas wins as most modern hifi plays the upper mids too high and Cardas usually calms this down. Then Van den Hul, then Nordost (very bright).

Thanks for that. Very similar, maybe AR wider soundstage? Slightly more resolving? Or maybe it's in my head. Both exhibit class A sound: warm and non-fatiguing.
