I feel shows like this need to be aired on main stream TV channels. Bakwas morning shows and fazool be-tauke evening political shows ki jagha yeh chalna chiye TV pr. Real stories like these are what our society learns from. Our people relate to these stories more than any other TV show or stupid dramas. That's where our youngsters should be looking for inspiration...that's where motivation comes from....hearing what you are going through from another person...that's what picks you up and pushes you through tough times...not what's on our TVs currently. Kanwal I love these shows. You are doing so well...with each one you you are painting such amazing pictures of our society that we ignore in the name of 'normal life'...but right here are the problems we face...and we are wasting our everyday efforts on stuff that doesnt matter. I wish all the best for the episodes ahead. I hope this doesnt stop here.

The best part about Kanwal’s show and the stories she chooses is that the ending is almost always positive. These stories bring awareness of societal issues but also give us hope. They always leave me teary-eyed but warm on the inside! ✨
Our society is as unfair to men as it is to women. Young men are seen as ATM machines by their families. Parents don’t do any retirement planning and expect sons to fund their lifestyles. Wives expect the same. Heck even farigh chachas and tayas expect the same. Bechara admi kia Kate. I know families where both husband and wife work very hard to give good schooling to their children and plan for retirement but relatives only see money and expect their son to fulfill their unfair demands of a bigger home, a better car even if the son himself doesn’t have such luxuries. It’s about time people start being responsible for money and start planning ahead rather than mooching off of their sons or nephews
Kanwal, this is such a relevant topic in our society! Our expectations from boys/men are so high, almost unrealistic ! This is passive abuse. Adeel's failures topped with lack of support from loved ones led to depression. However he rose from self blame to self responsibility, from helplessness to empowerment. Such an inspiration! Kanwal , thank you for highlighting humble, hardworking and dignified men such as Adeel who go through their own share of struggles. 💛🌟
Dear Adeel, Congratulations for this platform, you had already achieved what you desired, you had fulfilled your grandfather wish, you are a name known now, thank you Kanwal for your inspirations, and to the readers suicide is not not not an option be a fighter, keep fighting no matter what! I’m happy to see kanwal interviewing men too its not just women who go through hard times.. Har insan ki story hoti hai regardless of what gender they are... Ghar se le ker , Society tak ka pressure bohat hota hai!!! Its very easy to go into depression..
Truly You have a strong heart and devotion to be able to talk about so many society issues which many people know but still they remain silent about them. I Honour and Respect You. May ALLAH Grant You Countless Blessings and Mercy. Aameen.
Wow i hope he continues his passion and never leaves it. Life is not about earning, its about learning. Adeel you have a long way to go never give up. Thankyou Kanwal for bringing this up.
Kanwal! Awesome work girl! Men need a platform to show their emotions. Finally breaking the myth men don't cry or mard ku dard nahi hota.... They have a lot to share and need to pour out their hearts out!
Same issue was pointed out in a scene from bollywood movie "3 Idiots" when Kareena Kapoor finally elaborated to her father Booman Irani as to why her brother comitted suicide just because he wanted to be a writer whereas his father insisted that he should become an engineer just like himself. He was unable to cope with family pressure, takes the drastic step and mentions it in his suicide note. Both sisters knew about the motive for suicude but they kept it hidden from their father so as to not hurt his feelings. Sad Tragic Reality.
A lot of us aren't able to pursue our passion because of no support from the family. It's so very important that we allow each other to be the people we want to be. I found my passion through a lot of struggle, depression, opposition and putting down from family. I love what I do.
Simple... realistic... And relatable stories. I am addicted to this.... happy endings make all of us happy for a long time and waiting becomes even harder. Everyone.... this is all of us... let's break the chain and let our kids do what they really want to do so that we can also grow as a nation
Nice... I have shared this story who are in depression.. The way you talk kawal shows that you are full of empathy and you can understand's everyone feeling..
Indeed, the key to success in life is SIMILARITY OF PASSION & PROFESSION. Unfortunately, we aren't pursuing this golden rule. Due to social taboos and severe financial pressures, the youngesters aren't able to achieve self actualization. we need to understand that Almighty Allah is a versatile creater and He has blessed everyone with distinctive talent. Therefore, everyone should be encouraged to follow his/her passion (but within moral limits).
It's not just about following passion and make it bread and butter. Sometimes your passion doesn't earn you much to feed you whole month. Willingly or unwillingly one has to do something which gives him or her regular income. Because bills and groceries ask money regularly. Those who are earning really well and they are passionate about it, are the luckiest. Usually anything related to Art is unpredictable
jab parent bachon ko apni marzi se profession choose kanay dainga tu bachon ko depression nahi hoga life mein, kuinke har insaan ko Allah swt ne uniq quality k sath paida kiya hai.

See, the problem with the youth is, they want to pursue with their dreams! No problems with that. Only thing they see is, success. What if they have a failure? Then? What do they rely on? As parents, we want our kids to first complete their studies and then sure enough, pursue your dreams. God forbid, you fail, you have something to rely on (your degree). I've read articles of even actors who want their kids to get a degree first, and then act (just in case, they do not become famous).
Kind of my story. But, my medium of art is different. Am passionate about cake decorating, furniture painting... Am also Software Engr. by education and luckily graduated on time. I know other computer science graduates who are now amazing event planner and other artists..
