Trying to figure out the short track!!!

Went testing at Barona dragstrip. one of my friends got his competition license and we are trying to figure out the short track with the Camaro.  making some headway, but still not able to put the power down in the first 150 feet.

It looks like it's not rotating the weight to the rear like it needs to. Try a little softer front shocks maybe???

tried softer and stiffer settings. no change...
