around 6:24 I was trying to use the "Direct select tool" to delete the lines but it didn't work. I double clicked the Lines and the Erase tool worked for me. I'm willing to accept any feedback. Please continue to make awesome content like this :)
The last part , around 10:10, about the highlight and shadow technique, I still cannot get it, is there a slower version of step by step tutorial? Or another video that I can watch and learn? Thanx🙏🙏🙏

Try clicking the line once and start deleting the anchor points until you get the line that you like, hope this helps and GL

Try carefully selecting the shape at the edge. make sure to "release compound path" first
It doesn’t give me the option to release the compound path. Do you know why that may be ?
Thanks for asking that question.. you Gotta make sure that you outline your strokes first. Select them all and merge them using the pathfinder panel
Then all you have to do is write click and release compound path

What is the artboard size, image and stroke size and on which bases we choose stroke size for particular image size.
I always go for a 1920x1080 px file at 72 dpi RGB

click the object menu button and at the bottom will be compound path
"Release compound Path" option is not available in Windows version. Can anyone help me with this?
