During the verses, I use down strums to match the rhythm of the accompaniment. During the chorus I use the following: D-DU-UDU. Hope that helps!

ddudud What I do is just kind of listen to the music and replicate the beat. Don't be afraid to strum quickly or sometimes you can finger it quickly.
