- Vitoria Mendonça first caught our eye thanks to the sneaky Instagram algorithm but has since held onto our attention through her excellent output with Element and Adidas. She’s got an impressive and powerful style, and she’s a kind soul, too, which goes a lot further than you would think when it comes to moving up in the industry. We met up with her during her stay in New York as she checked out some of the most iconic spots in the city.

Don’t be dumb. It’s doesn’t have to do with skating, it’s more than skating. Young people of color want to see people like themselves represented in all facets of life. You know damn well everything has been skewed white for a long time. Now that’s it’s starting to change, all of a sudden no one should make it about race? Foh.
