hi pls i need your help just built a new pc with this cooler i didnt install ram yet as it will arrive 12 july but i ran the pc to see if all components are working properly everything working fine except the radiator fans they wont spin with case fans at all un less i use high speed mood on the remote that comes with the controller is this normal cuz i didnt install ram yet or there is something wrong with the fans/pump ? the motherboard is gigabyte z690 ud ax ddr5 with intel i7 12700 and liquid killer x as in the vedio pls help me

Pump 3pin connector connect on cpu_fan header then check otherwise you can change speed mode from bios
