The meat noodle I had in Seoul was delicious.

I made an easy and simple but powerfully delicious recipe.
It seems that anyone can easily follow and cook!!

Whole pork belly 600g (as much as you want) (it does not have to be Jeju Island black pork)
15 whole black peppercorns (can be ground black pepper)
4 cloves of garlic (not minced garlic)
half an onion
3 chives
1 ginger
a spoonful of soybean paste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
5 tablespoons mirin
Pork bone extract 150g
salt
{broth ratio}
Pork bone extract water 1:7
Pork bone broth meat broth 1:3
{Garnish is your preference}
tofu
Chives
seaweed powder
sesame
chili powder
Carrots (Jeju Island muddy carrots, it doesn't have to be)

치자가루를 섞은 치자면입니다.
크기로는 중면이죠.
육지에서 고기국수를 하는 집들도 제주도에서 면을 받아다가 쓴다고 합니다.

유익하게 잘 보았습니다. 그런데 한가지 궁금한점이 있어요. 돈사골육수와 고기육수 비율이 1:3이 맞는가요? 혹시 3(돈사골육수):1(고기육수) 아닌가해서요? 영상상에 육수가 뽀얀걸로 봐서는 고기육수가 3이면 나올 수 없는 색깔이라 헷갈리네요.
