Thanks Akshatha. It is a tasty recipe, do try. You can add curd when the tomato becomes mushy , mix and fry for a few extra seconds and then add the rice . The blog has the recipe with addition of curd. But as the tomatoes were tangy enough, I have not added curd and there is no difference in taste.
