I don’t smoke or drink don’t eat red meat. Stress did it to me. Being a physican is very stressful bro.. what saved me is baby aspirin. I started feeling chest pressure and took it within 10/15 mins. I had a 99 percent blockage in my LAD artery. I had no symptoms before.. bro do a cholesterol and physical every year man
