I have ADHD and get really manic. My mind races and I talk really fast, it’s an out of control feeling. This helped me calm down.
I have ADHD also. I’m a fast painter and I hate it! But this helps me.

Очень красиво! Мило, нежно, ровно до тех пор, пока не появились фигуры. На мой взгляд фигуры очень контрастно по цвету смотрятся на этом фоне, как аппликация, да и, с пропорциями плохо...
Композицию можно было бы дополнить скамейкой, ну или ещё чем-нибудь оживить...
А так, конечно очень любопытно и завораживает, хочется пройтись по этой аллейке и присесть на скамейку, которой пока нет...😊

This painting is so nice and delicate. To make your paintings even more beautiful, you should try to cover them with a layer of epoxy resins, it will give kind of a 3D effect. I hope to improve my art more and more over time.
