Lock her up with people she put in prison for dealing in drugs.
100% gen-pop why does this drug dealer get special treatment
Perfect.
General population. 😂
Women's prisons are retirement homes. She'll be living more comfortable than a lot of the world.
She'll be in PC for 6 weeks and unsupervised probation for the rest of her sentence
What's shocking is she actually got a jail sentense.
They have special blocks for law enforcement...somewhat similar to the special treatment the cosa nostra got
Should be at least 50% more time than any of us would get for violating the public trust.
For real. Half the time they "upcharge" the cops and/or intentionally charge them with the wrong crime that they are not technically guilty of committing. That way when they go to trial, they can argue they're not guilty of the crimes they're charged with. Then of course, they're always charged with just one crime when anyone else would have 10 or 20 charges.
💯 agree @dannysanders4327
But how much will she actually serve? They sentence cops to appease the public, but quietly let them out very early for a variety of excuses.
A criminal doing criminal things, go figure
The "War on drugs" has never been about the wellbeing or safety of the people. Like all wars, it's about money.
"War is a Racket ", by Smedley Butler
Prison for profit 😮
Now the prison is overflowing so they got a new racket "drug court" and a whole "treatment industry"
I love how she said prison is not the answer but ,it was for everyone else.
Comment Of The Day!
No better way to put it👍🤜🤛 well said
LET HER CITIZENS HAVE A JUSTICED SAY. OH! THE STATE OF MICHIGAN'S CITIZENS? OR THOSE WHO SUPPORTED ONE CANDIDATE WHO SAID: FIX THE DAMNED ROADS!
She was convicted because she didn't share with her co-conspirators
If she were one of us, she would have gotten 20+ years, not just three! 🤬
Cops get caught , Cops cry when caught .
So many criminals with badges
Agreed...
Another example of the two-teir justice system, because you'd get 20yr minimum and 10 charges.
How would a dirty cop surprise anyone.
Because MANY Are still BLND To The Reality we live in
War on drug was to eliminate competitors who were not profitin the vaticans armies cia and mafia.
I've always known that no matter how bad WE THE PEOPLE believe the government corruption is, it's actually much worse than We imagine.
"I didn't think putting me in prison is going to make me better...."
Said every criminal ever.. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
Dumb criminals go to prisons, smart ones run countrys, companys and streets.
She backed the blue until..
and it isn't even designed to make people better...it is a punishment first and foremost...if rehabilitation comes at some point then that is just a bonus
the innocent too!
yet she is getting a fraction of the time which others Just Like Her have been sentenced to.

@@johnwilson6707 🥓🥓🥓
one correction...if she has been convicted and sentenced, the charges are no longer "alleged", they are a fact
But I personally didn't witness her do anything, so I can't personally testify to her doing it, only that the government claimed she did it... but the government lies, so I can't assume anything.
@@JamesFreeman1 ok
Your laugh when she called the police people in roles we trust made me LOL, well done!
Piggies getting lighter sentences is beyond me…
Police are held to a higher standard right? Lmfao! 🤣💀
SNOT-SICKLES IN FROZEN HISTORY!
Only 3yrs
.Rediculous!
3 years is a long time. No one should be put in prison for adults buying and selling goods where the transaction is consentual. The stealing part shouldn't be 3 years either. her putting people in for the same thing.... Well yeah 3 years isn't enough time for that but she wasn't charged for that.
@@johnwesley2563 is the minimum
Wait a F_cking minute. Did I just hear them say that she was convicted for possessing less than 50 grams but then they claimed she was seen with a large plastic bag filled with prescriptions?
So they cut her a break by only charging her for just 50 grams and not the LARGE plastic bag she was actually caught with...
Trusting your government is just so un-American! Best phrase ever! Good work James!
a regular old not a former cop person would have gotten a hell of a lot more time.
3 years for stealing drugs and selling them. Gee, I just wonder what I would have gotten for doing that
I'd guess 8-15
If you're a repeat offender, Probably 3 years probation. Oh wait, that is only for car thieves.
If you done that like this Chief of police did they would throw the book at you 🫵 but only themselves 3 years even though they swear to a oath that they dont keep 🤷 but 3 years huh, funny how it is okay for law enforcement to breaks laws but if a taxpayers or just a person living life if we done that we would get the book throwing at us and maximum time behind bars! How fuck up is fuck up lmao 🤣
When it comes to the police nothing surprises me anymore.
James!!! She said she was sorry 😞 she said she didn't think she should go to prison, she said she'll try to be a better person. James. It's ok, she'll try to be a better person. Let's all try that line. Sorry she got caught. Flat out !
It wasn’t for her own benefit it was also for her customers.
Thieves come in all sizes and shapes.
Grande Johnson would never stand for this!
"Nobody is above the law" well, I am nobody.
Says the one with absolute immunity.
WHAT SHOCKS ME IS THAT IT'S ONLY 3 YEARS ANYONE ELSE WILL GET 25 TO LIFE
Yes she deserves prison. Just like a citizen would be tried as.
SO WHY THE CITIZEN MERCY ON THE LEO CHIEF! TYRANNY? IF THIS DOESN'T ENHANCE MICHIGAN AS A JUSTICE HAVEN?
That’s crazy. A cop breaking the law. A tax paid employee breaking the law?! No way.
A few years ago I got picked to be on a Grand Jury. When asked about my ability to serve for a year or more I told the judge in open court during selection that I felt the "war on drugs" was a failed effort and that if any cases came before me as a juror for a drug case, I would never convict and most likely tell my fellow jurors about nullification. I also told the judge that I had worked with addiction in a clinical setting for many years and cages were not the place for drug offenses. I was dismissed post haste. I really did want to serve as I had just retired and find litigation very interesting and a hobby. That's why I am addicted to watching all these cases about 1st Amendment and civil actions. The billions upon billions spend convicting addicts is sickening; I didn't spare my words and told this to the judge in front all that had ears waiting to be selected to take my place.
Shocking? No. Expected!
When I grew up, the saying was, "Cops have the best weed."
@@paulc-xj9ck hahaha 😂 Nice!
Using a computer to commit a crime??? That’s a new one to me 😂
Guess you've never heard of credit card fraud. Sex crimes. Slander/Defamation. All of which can be done with the use a computer.
The War on Drugs is the longest war in US history
AND AS HOMONGOUSLY SUCESSFUL AS THE EVOLUTIONS OF THE VIETNAM WAR = ECONOMIC TRADE RELATIONS PROFITS CORPORATIONS...... BOTH WAYS!
And a colossal failure!!
We had a pig here that started the "put your old meds here" boxes. He got arrested about a year later for stealing those meds. He got 6 months.
One of my friends got 10 years for selling 2 pills.
Be cheaper to treat the addicts than putting them in jail.
7:12 - _No one is above the law._ BS. Every once in a while they sacrifice one of their own to perpetuate the illusion of them caring about equal rights and justice.
“Look up to and trust.” Gross
Hold on! Are you telling me a female Chief was actually sentenced & is actually incarcerated? Yes im shocked. Was someone else already pocketing these drugs & got upset she was getting in on their action! That would make more sense.
She deserves life in prison
She committed felonies while in a position of authority. If anyone deserves prison time, it's her. I wonder who she crossed. Cops don't usually get charged, much less sentenced.
What kind of sentence is that - protecting their own !!!
The war on drugs is 1000x times worse than the drugs alone. The tyranny and destruction that has come from the "war on drugs" is just disgusting. It's so hard to imagine how people can be so ignorant, so indifferent and so foolish to have allowed it in the first place. The Right to choose for one's own body is the single most Fundamental Right we have as human beings... and it is the basis for ALL LAW in this country. Without this one Right, the Constitution and Bill of Rights just could not exist.
The war on drugs was lost decades ago.
@@chrisbudesa9355 LOST NOT! PROFITABLE AND EXISTANT AND PROSECUTED WITH MALICE BY CLASSES OF POWER.
@@georgedunkelberg5004That was a topic for discussion I was looking at earlier. There is a Sub Stack about a new book coming out called Autocracy INC by Anne Applebaum. She explores the corporate international crimes that the people of many countries suffer from. I think if I can, I'm will get a copy of that discussion.
I do not truth anyone of them.
People that YOU look up to and trust.
I think they're a bunch of ignorant of the law and our rights disdainful public workers who forgot who they work for.
She deserves double time, for breaking her oath.
Get Matthew Krueger to do a CFW style arrest on her and take her to jail!
Prison IS the answer. Bye Felicia.
Here is the deal just OBEY JAMES 🤙
That's not the definition of insanity. It's definitely insane to continue the drug war but that's literally not the definition.
We would’ve got at least a minimum of 20 years for doing something like this maybe even more than that and she’s crying about three years and she’ll only do probably half of it because she’s a former police officer. That’s what happens to cops that get busted to get plea deals or they get really short sentences where they only do half of their time. There was an officer here in town of Wichita Falls, Texas, who was high on pain medication. He was out on patrol speeding and plowed into the back end of the vehicle parked at the stop sign, killing a woman and her unborn child in the passenger in her car he got three years and he was out in 18 months. For killing three innocent people he did 18 months. Members of every law-enforcement agency in the area came to his hearing to tell what a good guy he was what an excellent officer he was blah blah blah. It was sickening.
Thank you, James, for being one of the top voices of reason and sanity in this corrupt country.
I would have more respect for her if she advocated for EVERY person currently in jail or prison for mere drug possession to be immediately released.
The Criminal Injustice Industrial Complex is one of the largest industries in America
If she WASN’T a police chief, I’d have some sympathy. She needs life in prison.
She should be in prison for her hypocrisy.......
That's NOT the "definition" of insanity, ffs!
Insincere moral posturing has been an integral part of American judicial procedure since before the Constitution was even drafted
She’s 100% sorry she got caught. She thought she was above reproach , she would have kept going for sure.
3 years? A police chief that did what she did, deserves much more time for violating the public trust.
I heard her say, “ locking me up won’t make me a better person”. It’s meant to be punishment, you had plenty of time to get rehab while locking up people doing the same.
Are those heartfull tears> thank goodness she didn't get special treatment.
You no longer have to say "allegedly stealing drugs" after she has been convicted. She stole drugs.
DO THE POLICE PICK UP DRUG DROP OFF BOXES
Conflicted? I'm not Conflicted...not a regular Joe we're talking about..she was in trust of the public...absolutely should be held accountable .
It's a Cheech & Chong skit!
"Your Honor, my client had merely FOUND the drugs, and was driving to the police station to turn them in."
She deserves prison, but not for anything to do with drugs. She deserves to go to prison for being a pirate who used a position of the peoples’ authority to steal someone else’s property and sell it for personal profit.
And she should definitely be barred from ever working in Law enforcement again.
I agree with you about the war on drugs, i personally dont WANT anyone on drugs, but they are already.. and putting them in jail and ruining their lives even further is absolutely not helping, thats what creates the "crackheads that steal your stuff", literally.
If she's being sent to prison she is considered guilty and therefore it's not 'alleged' any more. It's proven.
Forgetting the drugs doing any criminal act while employed as a public servant automatic needs to maximum terms for the illegal offence.
abuse of a powerful position of "trust" deserves a harsher sentence.
She should be judged according to the same standard by which she judges others. If she was fine with locking up drug dealers before, she should receive the same punishment that was doled out to others.
What does she mean jail isn't really needed? The reason corruption exists is because they always just get a slap on the wrists.
Her biggest mistake was not resigning when caught. She must’ve thought she could beat the case. Otherwise, resigning would’ve made it disappear.
Country Club Jail for her
*Sadly the bootlickers will cancel this*
3 years... absolute disgrace. What about the double-digit federal minimum sentences normal citizens are serving...
Police:: do not commit violence. Call us. We have guys for that.
If this was a citizen she would be serving at least 10yrs.
If she's sentenced for stealing drugs, it's not Alleged.
lol is anybody shocked
She'll probably get out after 14 months, get married, become Mrs. Tressa Rodriguez, and get a job as Chief of Police in Podunk, Texas or Wheresit, Mississippi !! 😵💫 🤔
You live by the sword, u die by the sword. She put ppl in jail for stealing, using and dealing. "Lock her in, lock her in"
NOBODY IS SHOCKED!!! WE ARE FRUSTRATED!! DONE!!!
She should have gotten 15-50 years
The drug war is a war against the people. That said, she has harmed many in the war, and deserves prison for that.
😮 😯 😲 😧 While I don't believe in prison for drugs, the Police ESPECIALLY deserve no special treatment. She's already getting FAR LESS time than you or I would.
She'll get out in a couple of months for "good behavior"
She shouldn’t go to jail
Because she is
ABOVE THE LAW
And DOING BETTER.
You're not a criminal until you're caught.
:
I was feeling sorry for the cop that stole the $900 plus dollars. For a split second I felt sorry for this lady. After some thought, if you send people to jail and testify against them for doing crimes, you ought to be judged by the same measure.
Each theft should be a separate charge, as well as possession. Should be minimum 20 years if not life.
Conspiracy theory, how many people did she arrest and gained information, then use that information to expand her enterprise?
We had a district judge in Houston that was stopped for DUI 2 months ago and let go. She was arrested yesterday again for DUI with pill bottles in her car.
Judges are the worst will probably get of again
Anyone that trusts any level of government is just showing their naivety and foolishness.
Wrong anyone in the hierarchy in selling opioids deserves to be in prison
Government officials that commit crimes deserve tripple maximum sentences. You're not really making an example of her when you give her a kushy sentence. A citizen would have probably been given a much longer sentence.
