Great list. In addition, sellers should ensure all equipment and components are performing as intended when they were installed, paying particular attention to those that are not used frequently. Ensure all lights function. Secure the range/stove to the floor as required by the manufacturer. Nowadays, it's just not enough to clean and stage a house for sale, it needs to look well maintained.
Great job - it pretty much mirrors mine. I send it out to the buyers along with my pre-inspection agreement. 9/10 times, I can tell they read it and conveyed it to the sellers. You may want to suggest, Jacuzzi tubs are pre filled prior to the inspection- saved me time . Thank you SI!
Great video. A lot of hoops to go through and things to get blamed for (afterwards). I was thinking about small pets maybe getting inadvertently left behind in a crawl space or attic after sneaking in there and not being known. Also maybe a power source was turned off during the inspection and interrupted a device that was needed to be on continuously, like stopping a fish tank pump and left undiscovered. A tough job for sure. Be blessed!
I’m a seller and our inspector had 3 people one of which was someone that new and hated my husband and made ridiculous comments in front of the buyers and nit picked some ridiculous things. Like so bad that it’s almost like they did it on purpose. For example they flagged a tiny hole in the corner of our lower deck less than the size of a quarter. Also flagged outdoor junction box wire that had just been replaced less Yamuna a year ago for a small crack so small that it’s less than half a centimeter. They flagged for a gfci to be put in on both sides of our counters were the sink is 6 foot 5 inches from the sink. Also flagged electrical boxes of some sort that I didn’t understand but my husband did that has absolutely no electrical running to it and no electrical cables running to it as well. Tell me if this is something that we should report them for

Great video. Important info here!
Informative and hilarious, thank you. We must all be aware of the unlimited capacity for evil of tiny tiny dogs.
Ive seen some properties that look like they were build on a down slope on the property would water just all go in if it rains jard enough?
Good realtors should assure all that is done before the inspection
Do you move personal items?
