1. Stir-Frying: The wok's design and induction cooking technology make it perfect for stir-frying a wide variety of ingredients. Its high heat retention and even heat distribution allow for quick and efficient stir-frying, resulting in delicious, perfectly cooked dishes.
2. Deep Frying: The wok's deep, sloped sides and induction heating make it an excellent vessel for deep frying. Whether you're making crispy tempura, golden-brown chicken, or homemade French fries, the wok provides ample space and consistent heat for successful deep-frying.
3. Simmering and Braising: The wok's generous capacity and precise temperature control make it ideal for simmering and braising dishes. Whether you're preparing a flavorful curry, a hearty stew, or a tender braise, the wok's versatility allows for a wide range of simmering and braising recipes.
These uses highlight the Nuwave Induction Wok's ability to handle a variety of cooking techniques, making it a valuable addition to any kitchen
SAFETY
Mosaic will shut off automatically when the set cook time is completed. When the wok is removed from the cooktop, Mosaic will not start. There are no hot coils or open flames, reducing the risk of burns and fire.
One drawback of the Nuwave Induction Wok is that its size and shape may not be suitable for cooking certain dishes that require a wider, flatter cooking surface. While the wok's design is excellent for stir-frying, deep-frying, and certain types of simmering, it may not be the best choice for cooking dishes that benefit from a larger, flat cooking area, such as searing multiple steaks or preparing large pancakes or crepes. For these types of dishes, a traditional flat cooking area, such as searing multiple steaks or preparing large pancakes or crepes. For these types of dishes, a traditional flat skillet or griddle may be more suitable.
Its a fantastic electric wok that's great for Chinese cooking as well as cooking many different types of recipes.

That’s a proper kitchen gadget! I just got an induction stove and it’s been a learning curve but I’m growing to love it. Love the versatility of this wok. Also your fridge is beautiful! 😊
I'm enjoying this induction wok. I can totally understand that having an induction cooktop would take a bit of time to get used to. It's amazing how fast induction appliances heat up. They're so efficient
I really like this refrigerator too. I love the way it looks in the kitchen. The temperamental ice maker has been the only issue.
Thanks for watching!
This induction cooker's sales went up the roof.

Wow.. I think I want this. Will the wok work on regular induction stove.
Hi! Since this wok has a round bottom it won't work on a standard induction cooktop.
Thanks for watching
ok..nice wok.. but my eyes kept looking at the beautiful plant in the background... 🙂
Hi Jamala! I've been promising to do a plant tour for a while. I'll do one on Instagram soon
Happy Holidays Chef Overton! Love this video and it’s tempting me to finally get into wok cooking! I’ve been afraid before as temperature is so important in Wok cooking, but this looks super easy with the dial temperature control! In some of the clips I heard a kinda buzzing sound, does the NuWave make any noise when turned on? Lastly, what do you do regarding the smoke from cooking? I have a home security system and the smoke detectors are a bit sensitive. Did you get much smoke while cooking, do you think using this Wok on the counter, right next to my Gas Stove Exhaust Vent would work? Thank you for this excellent video! I wish you and yours a safe, healthy and happy Holiday season! Thanks Chef! ❤
Hello Patrick, always great to see you! The temperature controls are definitely a helpful feature
There definitely is a buzzing sound when this unit is in use
I think it's a good idea to use it near a vent although I didn't find this very smokey while in use. I did have it near the vent when I was seasoning it
Thanks for wat
All of these meals look absolutely delicious sis!
Thank you 😋 They are easy and DELICIOUS

Very interesting video, checked Canada not here yet, but would like to get one when they come available. Amazon has it for 328.00 to expensive for me right now. Sharon
Hi Sharon 👋! I didn't realize you were watching from Canada. Thanks so much for tuning in.
$328 is quite expensive, hopefully, it will go on sale for a reasonable price soon
I love the speed and versatility of a wok but the knife work and the mise en place for East Asian cuisine will drive me batty! Lol
LOL you definitely have to be ready to go once that first ingredient hits the wok
Very nice
Thank you so much, Craig! I appreciate your support
Have a DELICIOUS day

Thanks for watching
Soon as the price comes down. I have the wok and tools just need the electric heat part. $200? I'll wait
I totally understand. It may be best to wait for black Friday to see if it will go on sale.
Thanks so much for watching
problem is this wok is not non stick, so it sticks like hell tough to clean scratch out the burnt stuff
There are several non stick coated wok on the market. I like the Demeyere non stick wok. Thanks for watching
any non stick with round bottomed?
@@sweetsavant
A carbon steel wok must be seasoned to become non-stick.
Any carbon steel wok has to be seasoned. I’m married to a Japanese man and have been doing this 44 years. Proper seasoning with oil and it will not stick. Mine does not stick even doing fried rice with eggs. When wokking I set to high heat, drizzle in oil when I cook, when oil begins to smoke a little I swirl it in the wok and start adding food. When done with wok you do not wash with soak and water or ever put in a dishwasher. When you clean it with wok brush you rinse with water, coat with a little oil set on high heat to set and dry out paper towel so it doesn’t rust
Skill issue
It is definitely non stick if you use it properly and season it properly
When do we eat?😂
Lol I'm hungry now!
