Deployment of Rapid Interstate Development EcoSystem (R.I.D.E.) for new innovation for transportation redesign. We aim to deploy accessible and onsite generation EV charging stations, freeway bus networks and freeway high speed rail network. Addition of freeway caps for public park spaces and affordable housing units in the existing Caltrans easements.

Transparent solar cells let filtered light into areas where humans appreciate reduced glare while generating solar electricity at same time. Some new solar designs allow for harvesting water from the air or provide solar thermal applications for heating water where needed. The ultimate idea would be panels filled with natural refrigerants for low temperature phase change applications that provide passive air cooling effect when heat is converted to cold reaction of non toxic freon when used.
