I think at the end of the day, the difference between amateur and professional artists isn't necessary art skills, but marketing skills. You can be the most skillful artist ever, but if no one sees your work, you will be the same as someone who just grabbed a pen for the first time in their life. This of course only applies in the case if you want to make a living out of it, and not do it just for your own satisfaction entirely. Also I love the bottle and how you used lines to shape the bottle so it doesn't feel flat. I think this is why I like art so much, because there is no right or wrong ways, especially when you're doing something on purpose.
Crazy detailing! It kinda has a retro feel to it. It reminds me of an animation called Fantastic Planet. You prob already know this, you can lightly gesso your sketch book page if you're gonna use markers or watercolor paints and it will prevent it from showing on the other side of the page.
