Pantheon with ADC Items!? What's the worst that could happen?

botrk > kraken > eclipse > black cleaver > BT
For optimal one shotness, use hail of blades. You can go emp W straight into emp Q, or emp E out for chasedown or escape if needed. It makes you a lot weaker on more extended fights bc of the HOB cooldown, but you can nuke a tank with it.
PS-fine if it doesn't work on W, take hail of blades ruin and just wing it

thank you Mr shot for building the quickblades so when my father crits me with his belt autoattack my (E) Aegis Assault. Active: Pantheon braces his shield in the target direction and Channeling icon.png channels for 1.5 seconds, during which he becomes invulnerable against non- turret damage dealt by enemies from the target direction. He also continually performs strikes in a cone in front of him, dealing 8.3% AD physical damage every 0.125 seconds to enemies hit, reduced by 50% against minions and up to 100% AD total physical damage is up faster. Truly one of the moments of all time
Why is this funny? It shouldn't but it is. What is wrong with me?

Hey, just for anyone wondering what the reduction on empowered W would actually be, mathematically speaking.
We really just have to do 100*0.85^3 to see that the reduction on three autos right after eachother comes out to just short of 39% current CD reduction.
And for those who are confused about this, navori's reduces CD by 15% *current remaining cooldown*, so when you do 1 auto, you reduce by 15%, and then the next auto reduces the *new remaining* cooldown by another 15% and so on.
So it doesn't just add up to 45% CD, it reduces the cooldown on 3 seperate instances.

Just to clarify, there's 2 important factors to consider here. How CD is shown visually, and how it's actually calculated.
When looking on the timer you'll see CD of 7 sec, but this is because league displays the higher number (i.e. rounding up).
Navori took Panth W 6>5>3 visually, but this isn't accurate to how the CD is actually applied. It shows 7 secs CD on W after it's pressed, but the 7sec (6.21s rounded up) goes sub-6 seconds during travel time. For the sake of convenience I'll just use the 6.21 sec.
At the 24 min mark, W is at (6.21s). Therefore, if there is a triple instance of CDR because of W it should be
6.21 x 0.15 = 0.9315
5.2785 x 0.15 = 0.791775
4.486725 x 0.15 = 0.67300875 = 3.81371625, after 3 supposed instances from W alone.
Visually this DOES NOT add up as seen in the clip. As he starts W at sub-6 seconds, and ends at 5 before Spear Shot then proceeds to, AA > Q > , AA. Three more instances which brings it to 3
What you're actually seeing is sub-6 seconds. I'll demonstrate. At around 7:30 minutes into the video he presses W first number visually displayed is 7 sec CD. However, due to travel time the CD is visually around 6 seconds when it lands, then Navori is applied, W is brought to 5 sec, meaning it visually has to be sub-5 seconds. Logically, our starting CDR cannot be higher than
5.881sec as 5.881 x 0.15 = 0.88215, 5.881 - 0.88215 = 4.99885 (i.e. sub 5 sec) because it needs to add up visually. So then,
W 6.21s + travel time
= 5.881s, W hits for 15% = 5.881 - 0.88215
= 4.99885s then
(I understand there's cast time and AA speed time that factors in as well but, I cannot be fucked, it makes little difference to disprove the Navori W triple proc.
4.99885s > AA 0.7498275cdr = 4.2490225s
4.2490225s > Q 0.637353375cdr = 3.611669125s (edit: just saw Q doesn't proc Navori lmao)
3.611669125s > AA 0.54175036875cdr = 3.06991875625s
There you go, visually 7>6>5>5>4. "Ball park factor in" cast time and AA speed time which gives us 7>6>5>4>3. 7 is travel time, the rest are Navori CDR instances of 15%.
edit: Just saw Q doesn't proc Navori lmao

the reason navori doesn't work on pantheon W is because it's not an on-hit affect, but rather an on attack affect. renekton also wouldn't benefit as it applies on-hit three times, it's not 3 separate attacks.
Also if it did work the cooldown would be multiplicative and not additive right?

@@di5963 Blade of the ruined king first, collector, galeforce, ldr or mortal reminder, and bloodthirster. I don't go all the way for the 100% but I think 80% crit is enough.

btw it does not count as one auto. It's shaving off about 3 seconds. the spell cooldown is 8 seconds. the cooldown should be reduced to 8*(0.85)^3 which is 8*0.61, meaning an expected cooldown reduction of 3.2 seconds. We see in the video that that's the amount it gets reduced by so navori is working as intended

Quickblades on panth was so nasty before when shield bow was mythic, extra HP and AD from the bow with the bonus ability damage % from navoris and the CDs on autos; never have to build a CD item again, only AD, lethality, and maybe some health/resistance/more crit
used to run it in jg with deaths dance first, bow, then navoris as core then maybe cleaver, collector, lord doms, spellshield or whatever
if filled top id go either hullbreaker or cleaver first, bow, then navoris.
it was a late game monster build, and panths kit being op early, he didnt care that he needed money to get strong cuz he was already him
No cd refund from empowered w but the extra damage for abilities did wonders

is spear of shojin not good on pantheon? I'm only low rank but when I play pantheon it normally goes really well for me with collector, shojin and eclipse/duskblade. With this build as well would naavori + shojin even work or do they cancel each other?

if you are in a matchup you win, build manamune >botrk> eclipse > essence reaver > stormrazor. play like an assassin off your w.
into tanks, trade storm razor for ldr or eclipse. with ult passive you have like 55% armor pen.
the muramana makes your w do like 80 more, and another 80 for each auto, so 160, q after does another 80. its busted for burst.

What happens?
The same thing as when you build ADC items on any character.
They deal a crap load of dmg with basic attacks.
I played ADC Leona top lane for almost two straight seasons back in the day.
It works.
Her permanent lock down with massive basic attacks makes her a real menace in 1v1s and her inate tankyness still makes her pretty hard to gank.
You dont work as well as a late game initiator but that was rarely an issue as either you had a tanky initiator jungle managing that part or you simply destroyed top lane so hard you got a massive split push setup forcing them put of effective team fighting.
I also used to build ADC/Hybrid Sona (Nashors Tooth, Lich Bane, Rabadons, IE, BotrK) its not a full ADC build but it IS a basic attack strategy build so it kinda works the same way and it was friggin amasing.
Did anyone else notice when the W cd went down to 2-3s after the empowered W against champions?

playing a lot of "adc" pantheon but i tend to run either galeforce to catch ppls more easily or IE for max damages,this and PTA offer such a ridiculous amount of damage you end killing someone just with EMP W at least once per game even if you went galeforce

@@LordIvor6 IE work on the three autos of emp w which is your main way to deal damages with this build,q still hit like a truck anyway but you barely need it when you're at least a tiny bit ahead,also I hate playing with less than 80% crit for consistency and botrk is too strong to pass on so yeah..im better with IE/gale force than youmuu/duskblade,only issue is you have to learn to play with wayyyy less cdr than any other panth build
