What a season for NBC with massive hits like Miami Vice, Cosby Show, Highway to Heaven, Punky Brewster, and Hunter all debuting that fall. Partners & Crime was an interesting one that season which should've been on a different night, but they stuck it on Saturdays which wasn't a bad night at the time because Hunter thrived there.

I've seen all 111 1-hour episodes of Highway to Heaven; but my Favorite NBC TV Shows that were on that Season were Gimme A Break! my #1 Favorite TV Show of all-time which I've seen all 137 episodes of, and Silver Spoons which is my #5 Favorite TV Show of all-time, as well as Super Password with Bert Convy. The other TV Show from the other networks worth watching that season were the 2-hour Murder She Wrote Pilot Movie The Murder of Sherlock Holmes on CBS; The Night they Saved Christmas with Jaclyn Smith, Art Carney, Paul Williams, and Paul Le Mat on ABC; Mr. Belvedere on ABC which would premiere on March 15th 1985; and Love Connection with Chuck Woolery in First-run Syndication.
