To those critical of this Pastor, please know that great men in the Bible felt heaviness in thier calling. Ex: Elijah, Moses, David & Paul just to name a few. No one is a robot and we all bleed red. He is not accepting defeat. He is taking time to rest and recharge. He has a right to do self care. # Respect 🙏

Blessings to you my prayers are that you find healing. Yahweh never set doing work in the building ahead of the union of the Male and female in his plan. Ministry began at home towards the spouse then the children before it can spread to other places. Peace to you, peace to you.

I love and support you and I am praying that God will restore and put a protective shield over you that you may be able to Bear the weight of these adversities, you're calling,your health!
Thank you Lord God for covering him keeping him and saturate him with a blood of Jesus, angels that are personally on assignment for him and help us as a church to take some of this weight off of Pastor G and put the weight on you God that we may be able to stand in these unprecedented times! Help us to remember that this battle is not ours it's the Lord!

Very informative and encouraging meeting. A lot of things confirmed for me. Let me say, as a fellow pastor, I feel every word you said in your closing thoughts. My heart and my prayers pour out for you. People not in your position won't fully understand the weight of your heart. I've also pastored through construction and a lot of deaths, and you spoke my heart. Even Elijah needed to recharge for the journey. Jesus had to disappear and go off to be alone. Recharge and may The Lord bring you out a new man!
Pastor, I appreciate you. I listened to your heart as you cited your concerns. I know all too well the burdens that come with leading the flock of God. In fact, I do think that there have been times that I have checked out due to the slothfulness of those that profess faith in Christ, but who demonstrate no love or commit to Him at all! Please pray for me as I will surely pray for you in this regard.

Man of God my prayers are with you! Your bucket list is in order. A pastor delegates so that his time is spent caring for self naturally and spiritually to receive from God what and how to lead His people. God has called us to be stewards of mind, body, spirit. Pastor take time 1x a month or every 2 months fasting prayer meditation time spent away from the saints to refuel is necessary! Without such time causes what you are describing, also naturally mid-life issues must be addressed as a man who is crossing over into the next stages of life! May I recommend a book written by William L Bonner, Bishop on mid-life crises, I'm sure that this book will be a blessing 🙏🏽🙏🏽 Pastor during your time spent at the foot of Jesus in prayer call His name and end your prayer in His name not the titles,He will answer your petitions immediately. Fervent Prayers for all Pastors in the name of Jesus Christ 🙏🏽
Bishop G trying to Pastor the saints of God and represent the constituents publicly is a huge weight, seek God's will!!!
This is a very inspiring message. Your teaching on "vision"was impactful. My take away is..."Without vision there is division..."resulting in not being challenged by what IS possible, no desirable purpose,unclear directions, thus the people perish and the kingdom suffers...Bishop G there is good work but you encouraged us through you message that we have to do greater works. It is clear that all persons must obey the truth which is the word of God. Tithing of 10 percent, offerings and your increase, (no one should have to remind you of this). If everyone do their part in would lessen the weight that your leader is experiencing! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
Brother your mind is in the wrong place. You are probably a very sensitive individual which means you love deeply, very deeply but being very sensitive in a human way can be a HUGE enemy. I know you wish to be appreciated and loved but that can be an enemy also. When you get to the place where it no longer matters to you whether you are loved or not, you will be free! Stop building your foundation on men, that is unwise. You are in the condition you are in because you have allowed people to affect in a way that isn't healthy. I could care less whether The Church loves me or not and because I believe that, I am not callous but extremely FREE. You know that Jesus did not commit Himself to Man and why, because he knew what was in Man. Brother your deliverance and freedom will come when you sincerely and seriously understand who you are in Christ and that you are hid in Him. Yes many are the afflictions of the righteous BUT BUT BUT GOD DELIVERS THEM OUT OF THEM ALL. Dear brother you are so free but don't know it. Let Holy Spirit reveal to you who you are and who you intimately have the privilege of walking with. Your blessing of deliverance lies in that...God bless
Did you even listen to this Brother? I'm not sure what spirit you are showing up with. I'm no one's judge, not even my own. But if I hear a brother saying "he needs time to heal and clock out", we, as believers should support him, his family, and respect that. Even Jesus would remove himself from the Disciples to REST. Again, I'm not judging you, I don't know you, and I don't know what type of embedded theology you have developed over time. May the Peace of Christ be with you. 🙏🏾
