Keep them sir and paint them either smoked or go for old skool yellow tint... should hide up the faded patch enough you don't see it... Well happy I've found this channel as im a new transit mk7.5 140 T350 owner after always having sprinters or t4s... And genuinely I wish I had had transits before... way more fun to work on much more easy to work on and cheap to upgrade.... we have the crewcab day van lwb... and im now building the Murphy bed and frames in the back.... But it this channel that has given me the get up and go to do it.. I've just beaten cancer and now have a new love for life and vans so big thank you sir.... and the content... thank you...

Generally the only way to get a lens apart is the cut the black plastic that the lens sits in. I did mine and had to dremel them apart. Used tiger seal to put them back together and they don't leak.
Thanks for the info pal, I think that’s the case with these! Hopefully I can sort them out in one way or another, it’s just going to take a bit more time and patience than I thought 🤣
Thanks for the suggestion pal, I’ve gave a few lots a go with no success at all, seems like it’s actually an issue with the lenses themselves 👍🏻 thanks for watching, I’ve actually got the new lights in my van now, check out my latest video 🙏🏼

Also the crystaling on the lens is the heat from the heat gun.

I tried it all, nothing worked 😩 new ones are now in! Thanks for watching 💪🏻
Halfords sell a headlight polishing kit which would work to get the lens clear

Time wise cheaper to replace 👍
Oh most definitely! But that wouldn’t be as soul destroying or fun 😭🤪 thanks for watching 💪🏻
Is there an English translation of this available for Southerners? 😁
I can’t be that bad 😅😂
It's damn near impossible to get the headlights separated using the oven, the easiest way is to cut round the lights with a cutting disk.
Yep that seems like what’s been done here but it was pretty messy 😆 thanks for watching 💪🏻
Nah You need to use heat a hairdryer or hot air gun will warm the sealant so it an be separated
