You know what, fair enough. I was curious if there was anyone that would make that exception, seems fairly improbable at best. There are a few games that I'm looking forward to, that would be Frostpunk 2 on console and a game coming up called Firebreak by Remedy Entertainment, my current favourite developer/publisher right now
I'm so happy the snow is holding off until tonight so I got to see this. Top tier. I love it when Xdefiant topic come-up, my ears perk lkke a bikini model in a snow storm. I won't go into my opinion, I do that enough...lol..but I will say, I think its coming back. Thanks for adding my question. I agree totally, we'd be screwed. We would out up a fight for a couple days...then just fizzle out.

@ScottyMcGaming That stuff is so interesting. All the fog stuff is crazy too. I don't believe in aliens and stuff, but I'm open-minded, so I take it all in. We don't see drones here in MN, but the fog was crazy for days.
Mate, I'm always watching that sort of stuff... I subscribe to Discovery+ just for that shit... LOL... Being open minded is good, I always look for rational explanations before I accept anything as "evidence" like the stuff most of those RUclips paranormal channels show... 😂

The only time I pre-order, is if I have full faith in the product. Black myth wukong was one I had full faith in. I knew it was going to be good, then the hit pieces that were created about the studio made me want it more, as they were fake and mistranslated. The next game I have full faith in, is dynasty warriors origins. Looking forward to that game as the demo was a masterpiece. A 45 minute demo that I played for 19 hours. It’s going to be great! Of coarse, having faith can sometimes bite you in the butt. My most regret preorder was Starwars battlefront 2. But in all fairness, it should have been an easy cash in, you just didn’t need to fuck up, and it was horrendously awful… Cutscenes and missions missing, audio ear damaging bug, textures, multiplayer didn’t work, music didn’t play, the list was long. Tell you what though, sometimes a garbage pre-order is still excellent somehow. Wanted: Dead was a game that doesn’t work. Acting stale, story nonsense, brutal unforgiving combat, and feels unfinished. But man is it fun, it has its very own charm, and it’s completely random. Everything about the game I should absolutely hate, but I can’t stop replaying it lol.
That's the exact point of my question, pre-orders are for the people or games you fully believe in. There are a few games that I'm looking forward to and hope to release soon on console, frostpunk 2 is one of them. After the first game, I'm excited to survive the cold again in that game, and for a developer/publisher? Remedy Entertainment, I never fully appreciated their games until Alan Wake 2 and I went back and played almost all of the games in the “remedy-verse”. Pre-orders can bite you in the ass, but this is just my opinion it’s one of the few things that represents gaming culture, midnight releases are semi-related to pre-orders. They're a necessary evil that I can live with since they're optional and if you can smell the game is going to be bad, you can always cancel it and get a refund. Steam has some flexibility with 2 hours of playtime as well
re stargate . amazon want to bring it back as they think it could be their star wars , ie a big franchise and stargate has been called the sleeping giant of scifi. but as its amazon they couldnt decide whether to do a film or a series or a film then a series or a series and a film and where to put it ie freevee , mgm+ or prime and with the rona and the strikes etc the whole idea has been stuck for 4 yrs now (there were a few other things i wont mention) and amazon are known for taking there time on deciding what to do. but the latest is that they are in talks with sony pictures for sony to do sg1 and amazon just pay them for it (sony did a few series of i think sg1 in the past) , so talks havnt been ongoing as such but lets say ''started'' which is a long way from actually sitting down and talking who ,what , where and when and how much per episode its more a case of what do you want to do and does this match with what we want to do , so how can we meet in the middle. amazon got penguin in a parker (the guys that made the expanse) to do a bible of stargate canon and they were more than happy with it and piap had ideas on how to bring the series back and continue it , which is no small task as by the time sg1 ended they had destroyed gods , also piap have a good working relationship with sony , but things may change esp as la is currently on fire.
@@ScottyMcGaming the yt channel scitrek gets a lot of info from mgm and amazon employees so much so amazon actually sent out an email saying ''which ever employee is talking to yt channels (it listed a few and scitrek was one of them) please stop now'' lol , there contact sent them a picture of the email and his hand infront of it giving the email 2 fingers , as for highlander scitrek have mentioned this a few times but i cant remember what they said about it.
