Yeah I agreed with mtashed video, mtashed is a very mature man, appreciate him a ton. Tectone goes about things in an immature way in the way he acts sometimes, at least in my opinion, however there is truth in the words he says. And like said I think in his last video, he’s gonna say his honest opinions and BRUTALLY honest truth, whether it hurts people or doesn’t. Not everyone agrees with that mindset though, but I appreciate that he can stay true to who he is and he doesn’t do everything for other people. As someone who used to try doing everything for other people, it never works out anyway. Might as well be yourself, people are going to complain no matter what. I do prefer people saying a truth in a less aggressive way rather than tectones methods, bc then I think more people would give his words a chance. Sounding articulated just tends to make people agree with you more, generally speaking. But tectone does things his way, and I’ll be honest I can see why ppl don’t like his way of doing things, but they really do blow things out of proportion. This is my opinion anyways.

11 videos are addressing the drama and are directed towards the Genshin team's actions and are critiquing them and/or the game, or are reacting to other CCs responding to the drama and are critiquing the game/the devs.
3 videos are Tectone either expressing his frustrations with the community and the Genshin CCs, or are responding to Genshin CCs frustrations with him.
Below is my breakdown (read if you want details):
4 videos are unrelated to the drama.
1 video is a reaction to a CC's attempt at debunking another CC's critiques of Genshin (unrelated to this incident).
7 videos are purely directed at the Genshin team's actions and are critiquing them and/or the game itself.
1 video is a reaction to a meme video that is tackling the drama humorously.
1 video is a reaction to another CC reacting to the drama and critiquing hoyo's Genshin team.
2 videos are reactions to CCs that agreed with Tectone's critiques of Genshin while adding their own experiences and critiques of the game (1 of those CCs did also critique the global playerbase and CCs, although it was done in more of a satirical fashion).
2 videos were Tectone expressing his frustrations with the global playerbase and CCs for how they approach any issues that Genshin have.

There is this proverb in my country, "those who bites the pepper is the one who taste its spice" which mean that you don't need to name names, when you speak something about something then the one relates to it will voice itself. so probably it's hurting him when tectone call for hypocrite because he's one.

I get what u wanted to say but explanation doesnt make much sense. i would assume it means if you fk around you find out since the spice is punishment for stupidity but it can also be reward for taking a chance and risking it... Usually people hate in others the most what they hate in themselves. Getting emotional is a defensive reaction to convince themselves that they arent ( hypocrite in this scenario) certain thing. They could also justify being one(hypocrite) on basis that others are too, if everyone plays why not me? This is fundamentally wrong but easily to understand after all ideals are just ideals. Strong video - Good Job Tectone!
I was saving my primos since i pulled Furina to also pull Nahida and finally have all archons; After the whole controversy began, i decided to hold my stuff and not roll till they addressed all issues properly, but when i saw all these CCs praising 4.4, i just lost all hope and uninstalled the game. If you want something to change drastically, you need to take risks, and they are all cowards. Oh it's their whole revenue? Then i suggest they try other contents, will be rough at the start, but if the audience likes watch their videos because they are good CCs, then whatever is your content, people will watch you; It's just like when you leave a job and go find another, gotta take risks man.
"Getting Cancelled" has ZERO effect nowadays. It got overused and so lost its power.
Honestly, it's no suprise to me that both fob and dish were trying to paint you as villain since both gets bad influence by those cute innocent groupe of genshin cc's and went on the path of genshin community which is very bad and we all know the reason why.

In an argument, you already win when they started criticize your personal life.
It's funny because in the HSR/Genshin space, there are only ever 2 schools of thought. In this circumstance, it's almost gotten cliquey. One hand you have those who 'say it like it is', people like Gacha Smack and Tecboi here. On the other, you have the Genshin "stans" like Anthony and Fob. I really started following Genshin through people in the Xlice/Dish/Fob crowd. I don't have an issue with them. In fact, I love their content. I just think they have a different motivator for what they do. I interpret their style as more 'corporate'. With that kind of approach, you need to stay on the fence. You've got to pretend it's okay even when it isn't. It's their business, how they make their money. They need to take care of it. Makes it hard to sensationalize everything when you have a 'boss', in this case Hoyoverse. Its a shame that they penalize critical feedback. Where I come from, critical feedback was always valued more 🤷♂

NGL that OTK statement Fob made got me heated, such a low fucking blow. Really shows how ignorant he is. Really did come out of nowhere. I cannot imagine his response to do anything either quite frankly. Considering how one track mind he is he will most likely either double down or climb back up the fence he has been sitting on since he started being a CC for genshin.
What’s even worse was that Fob, Dish, Zy0x and other Genshin CCs that were live were banning people, including a lot of their own followers and supporters, for rightfully criticizing them and for criticizing Genshin. Tectone, on the other hand, didn’t ban a single person during his livestream that was attacking him and allowed people to speak their opinion on the entire matter.
I even spoke to some of the people that were banned from Fob’s and Dish’s streams, some of whom were fans, and they were really upset.

I’ve been watching Tectone since June of 2023 and the amount of unnecessary crap he has gotten is insane. Sure, I don’t agree with him on everything but that doesn’t mean I hate him. Tectone has done more for the Genshin community than most of the Genshin CC and the fact that they decided to use their energy to attack Tectone instead of using that same energy to voice their issues and criticism of the game speaks volumes of their character. It’s very hypocritical of them and it made me lose more respect for them.
