They are so similar to my chachi and chacha from Begusarai.I miss Bihar and everything about my people, being stuck in this pandemic and living overseas is not easy but watching Anubhav Ji's video makes my day . So calm and relaxed. Takes me back home.
The host (Sir) is real foodie....the love for food reflects from his eyes, whereas Mam is so much talkative and innocent, she loves to talk about food....lovely couple 😊

Eastern UP's food is really amazing. Thanks a lot for covering it, and superb hosts. 🙏🙏 BTW, at my home, we cook dana during winter season using green peas and potato in ghee. My parents migrated a long time back from the same region, because of better health and education facilities. Still today, my parents miss their hometown, but sadly the health infrastructure has not yet improved 😭.

What an awesome video. I have eaten many of the dishes while I was posted in a sugar mill in the eastern UP. My family and myself had amazing time there during my tenure. Smita ji is an awesome chef and a great host and Anubhav ji you have a great style of hosting the videos.

This concept is unique. Nowdays, there is concept in hotel, street food in all over India that extra cheese, butter, ghee makes great food. Which is not true. Authentic food is much more healtheir.

Very true, I was born in East Up (Deoria) and raised in West UP(Ghaziabad) . These are delicacies which are always cooked in our 🏠. On the other hand I have enjoyed Sugarcane ki kheer and dryfruit wala gud at my Jaat and Gujars friend house in West up😀. UP is best state in terms of wide variety of food, language and cultures
