Well that's because he labels his videos as SML parodies. And Logan has said before that if he includes a character from another property he makes it a once in a while occasion because its a parody. So he is not gonna sue someone parodying his videos.

I miss when SMLYTP was actually good, like before Brett had that whole hiatus in 2022, after that it just became full-on cringe. There were a couple videos from SMLMMB that were good too, like Jeffy Meets Nikocado Avocado and Jeffy the Discord Mod. Then for some reason Brett dedicated his entire plush career to making fetish and Gen Alpha content, and that's when I quit watching his videos.
Probably the same reason as the original SML and every other thing that's devolved into this.

Heres my take on this. This my friend is, unfortunately, a tale as old as time. We all have interests in any medium, whether it be movies, cartoons, video games, comics, etc. Even this is a medium that can be enjoyed. But this doesnt go without any problems, as there will be some who will always soil them for questionable gain. Now as you said, what Brett did was really shitty and I cant imagine the amount of young fans were harshly disturbed with his recent activities, especially with this one. Now what I can say is, its good people are questioning the ethics of the content provided. Because Ill be honest, given how many content creators in the past have been outed for doing horrible things behind clothed doors, I think you have every right to be concerned.
Most of this also applies to the original SML itself.
I think you are overblowing it a good bit though. It looks to me like it's some immature kids being really dumb after watching way too much Family Guy. That goes for both SML and SMLYTP/MagicalMarioBros. You way underestimate human stupidity and ignorance, even by smart people. I mean, top institutions are saying that there are a million genders.
I've seen both of those channels peak and then quickly devolve into increasingly vulgar Family Guy wannabes. And they are the extreme worst examples, but it's not just them; it's practically the ENTIRE entertainment industry at this point.

just to say, I have been on the internet for a very long time, it takes a lot to disgust me. I’ve seen a lot of videos like this, and since I was a dumb little child, I thought it was appropriate. It was weird, but I thought that was RUclips. I now know better, but this truly horrified me. I’ve seen a lot of pedo-drama on RUclips with other creators, but this stuck out like a sore thumb.
