Quarantine has inspired so many dudes to just stop cutting their hair and I am fucking here for it. Y’all look amazing. On the contrary, quarantine inspired me to buzz all my hair off, and I’ve gotten a lot of shit for it as a woman but even more love. You’re exactly right, buzzing your hair and watching it grow from scratch really does give you a new perspective on how your hair can look. I thought it might fuck with my sense of self but it really didn’t, if anything it made me more versatile, confident and allowed me to focus on other aspects of life than my appearance. I used to spend so much time on my hair but now I can freely drive with the windows down and not be bothered 🧚🏼

I’m 17 & got a buzz cut mid-January. I used to have a good few inches of hair when I was 15 (nothing super long, enough to tie the top). Gonna grow it out & see what happens too, lmk how it goes man!

motivation for you! if you ever feel like cutting it off... dont! ive been growing it for like 5 months and its getting awkward but keep playing around with it and beanies r gonna be ur best friend. dont lost motivation and if u start to lose motivation just remember why you started this journey. keep maintaining it and keep it healthy (dont shampoo too much 3 times a week, dont be rough when drying, constantly brush it to detangle, buy natural hair oils, get end trimmed after 4ish months of growing then trim deadends every 3 months) and at the end of the process it'll be sick cause ur gonna be happy and proud of the journey you went through! you got this bro 💪
I’m at 5 months goin on 6 on the 28th of this month and honestly it’s been hard lol I was so close to just saying fuck it and cutting it off but then I saw pictures of me when I had my long curly hair and I also had dreams of me having my curly hair and I was like “nope gotta keep goin” lol stay strong bro you’ll be fine and if I’m still goin strong you can and definitely will!

I'm 3 months but much older than you. I'm almost 70. But I don't have any signs of balding, and I had a buzz cut for 15 years. People say that I look much younger now after 3 months growth. A lot of people thought that I was bald, but thankfully that's not true. Now I want to grow my hair for as long as it can possibly get.

Nice brother, I'm on my 8th month for the sides and back, 11th for the top. The sides and back are finally starting to lay down so it looks quite good. My hair is exactly in between straight and wavy.

I just did the same lol, I use to have very long hair on top, went past my chin, but the sides were short, and I wanted all of it to be relatively the same length so I went bald
I noticed that i’m starting to bald slightly so i shaved my hair and will now grow it for one year as well. Just to see how long hair looks on me before i go bald forever😂

I started my hair growth journey in July 23 22 it started by me getting a middle part and it was around 4-4 1/2 inches and fast forward 5 months it’s around 6 -7 inches long and it reaches around my lips I keep thinking what if it won’t grow like yours but then I think I still have a whole 7 months left till next July 23 23 and it makes me happy knowing it will definitely be longer I also think I may have an advantage and it might just reach my shoulders because I didn’t get a buzz cut obviously but it was definitely short compared to now I’m so excited to see how it will look in the next 7 months will definitely update

I shaved my head on March 23, 2022. So pretty recently, around 6 months. If you are thinking about shaving your head, you should probably read this.
So far this growth has been pretty annoying. At first shaving my head was a refreshing experience since my head shape was perfect for it. I felt badass and unique since most men don't have their hair that short. As my hair was growing out though, it became very annoying to try to style it as I have thicker hair.
Sections of my hair would 'separate' and go in all different directions and not grow at the same length at the same time. Constantly I tried to style it with all sorts of different brushes, blow dry it, and even put oil to make it stay. It was rough and weighed down my self confidence.
Even now, after around 6 months, it is pretty annoying to constantly deal with. Fortunately, my hair grows very fast. In fact, I shaved my head around the same time in March as Tozyro did in the video and my hair growth is almost at his 8th month already.
If you want to shave your head for the experience of having basically no hair, it is worth it but keep in mind it will take so freaking long to grow back your hair to what it was or how you want it. In my opinion, you should just save the bother and grow your hair long. No man or woman looks bad with long hair.

@@itsme-dl2be I am growing out my hair aswell and I have Brown wavy hair. I wish I had straight hair so I didnt have to use a hairdryer all the time to make it look decent. If I were you I would let my hair grow for sure. I mean what do you have to loose. Just try it out. Its kind of an experiment for all of us to find out how it will look.
I did grow my hair out also, which is curly too! I've got a video on my channel about it. I cut it 3 months ago because of that "urge" to cut it you were talking about, but kinda regretting it right now aha
