Losing a limb is said to be as traumatic as losing a loved one - or even losing one's identity. Having support to adapt is crucial - and that’s what the Women’s Amputee Football Association of Cameroon is offering.
WAFAC - for short - was set up in 2019 and has already made a big impact on the lives of women coping with the loss of a limb.
