    If you use channel lock pliers you can put the upper part of the jaws on the metal nub of the hanger while using the lower jaw to pull the rubber off. This method of latching on to only the rubber could easily damage it.

    Wd 40 spray on the rubber then twin pry bars (back to back )to force them off, it's how I've done it for the last 40 years

    Excellent tip. I really don't wanna buy a tool which just does 1 thing and will only be needed once. I'm gonna change my mufflers to make my car louder and probably never go near it again.

    Good video! Your nearside rear tyre looks a little dangerous. I 'am not sure what the tread wear limit is where you live, though :-)

    You can cut it off with a blade if your replacing it.

    when your a flate rate tech in a high volume exhaust shop time is money and this takes way to much time buy the tool there not that much . if your a diyer well then keep doing it your way

    Not good advise. Can tear bushing.
