@@ionut-daniel-iosifmalita8543 The filter in the water tank is purely optional. It's especially needed if your tap water is hard and tends to deposit limestone when heated to boiling points, and you eventually have to rinse the machine with cycles that the machine will alert you about but you can do those whenever you want to avoid limestone collecting. I've used mine without but do regular cleansings and so far so good, just maintain it properly and it'll be fine :)
I like how you included your trials in your video. I saw you go from clicking single shot to dual shot buttons haha. I've been watching a ton of videos in obsession of coffee gear and moving to whole bean as kind of a way to gather knowledge before making purchases so stuff like this is helpful. Thanks for making this video! For the future, I wonder if we should be making milk first and then espresso cause of the crema in espresso. Also, I'm not sure if the espresso should be stirred before adding milk; I know that crema should be mixed into the rest of espresso before drinking the shot but I'm not sure about latte. maybe it might make a difference . Whereabouts are you from in Europe? Oh one more thing... I wonder if this machine can simultaneously steam and create espresso at the same time? I'm guessing it can't cause single boiler?
I think it depends on the kind of coffee you're using. If you're making a shot of medium-dark espresso I'd go coffee first and then steam milk. If it's a light-medium roast I'd go steam first and then pull the shot to be sure that the water coming out will be as hot as possible since you can't really adjust temperature. If you're doing latte art swirl the espresso a bit to make the crema more even or stir it really well if you're going to drink it black. And yes can't do both at the same time, that's for much more expensive machines like the Sage Dual Boiler. Cheers from Switzerland :)
I just got my Bambino too. The steaming is MUCH better than Delonghi Dedica. But I am in shock how bad portafilter really is. Cheaper Dedica has heavy stainless steel portafilter, so I am suprised that Bambino has this
Hi there. Can I make espresso with the Timemore C3? I will use it with a single wall basket. I'm thinking of going with the C3 I have until I get an espresso capable grinder. How is your espresso experience with the C3?
I don't think the C3 will be a good choice if you plan on using it with a non-pressurized basket. The range of espresso is like only 2-3 clicks so that's really limited. I think Timemore released some new C3 ones with a much bigger range for adjustment so you could check those out instead. Honestly I think any steel burr grinder with a decent range for espresso would do for a while but yeah the original C3 is too limited.
Plz can u make a video same like this bambino plus machine or how can l prepare unbox machine bambino plus same like that video or that one is different please inform me
Hello ! Unfortunately I don't have the Plus version. The Plus has the automated milk frothing wand but it only goes up and down, which makes it not the best for barista style manual milk streaming. The second is a solenoid valve, which basically allows the excess pressure to be released into the water collector and avoid the so called portafilter sneeze that can happen if there is built up pressure after pulling a shot, which can happen on the Bambino and espresso keeps dropping after pulling the shot while the Plus will avoid doing that.
Really nice made Video unboxing Thanks
nice unboxing, thank you

I forgot to let the filter soak, do you think this could’ve damaged the first use cycle in any way? 🤦🏼♂️😅 I also had the portafilter on
