@@pts9250 It's absolutely amazing. Honestly, I don't know how "Run" compares to this, but this song truly gives me goosebumps each and every time I listen to it.

I'm one of those "essential employees" that can't stay home. My building is mostly abandoned. Only a few of us maintenance people come in on rotating shifts. Normally literally thousands upon thousands of people are in the building at any time. I blare this going into work as I drive across empty parking lot after empty parking lot. It's surreal. I hope you're all staying safe out there. Edit: small update. I'm now the only one coming into my building, save for a couple security guards to make sure I don't have a fever when I come in. Building is otherwise abandoned and empty. Just me maintaining everything so we have a building to come back to. I played this and stuck the phone in my pocket walking around the empty building. Creepy.

The actual melodies for this composition is very simplistic (with the “pulses”, the same 4 ascending notes starting with a #, the drums, the base-line, etc etc)- but the accumulation and overlap is done so phenomenally and creates something so iconic. AND THE FINAL SECONDS in which the accumulated “chaos” (which, I believe, is a musical depiction of the virus taking over the conscience- I actually haven’t watched the movie yet so my thoughts my change) ends, and we are left with a simplistic melody. Almost like it’s the aftermath of an explosion. It’s honestly so haunting and yet beautiful at the same time.
2:13 Your mom says she's almost home, and the house better is clean. Whenever I re-play the final campaign mission of Halo: Reach,I play this. It has that bleak vibe the mission has,as you make your last stand against the onslaught of The Covenant before eventually being overwhelmed but if you're going down, you'll go down fighting and take as many of them as you can with you.
@Mekakushi torōru In the alternative universe where Reach was an adaptation of TFoR it's good. But we dont live in that universe and we're stuck with retards who think 'hyper lethal vector' is canon
Read at 2:06 As you tie the final knot, and slip the cradle off death around your fragile neck, you lean of the tree; it dislocates your jaw and you start to lose conscience. You hear the faint cry of your 'dead' girlfriend, she drops everything at once and runs too help you, it's already too late, the last words you hear as you slip into the abyss are "It was just a prank bro".

@draczulaca What? I literally talk like this when I was like 12 years old and im 17 right now. I dont even know who you are nor do you know me, and your saying im using ChatGPT. You never knew my story to say that I literally dont understand how these people are alive right now. They all come around acting like they know everything when they dont even know how to operate a door. I will not just take it here to say is not im here to say why are you like this? You are saying im using something I am not using. Even movies have descriptions like this. Not everyone should use the type of talking like me, but it is beautiful, nice, and simple to understand, and if you still think that im using it, dont you talk.

the no more toiler paper theme is the saw movie theme.
This theme defined the bleakness of the 28 Universe. You can feel the sense of hopelessness, loneliness and overall depressing tone of the theme that fits so well with 28 Days and 28 Weeks. Bravo to the composer of this.
I feel like this sounds like DSBM, I think that's where the feelings of hopelessness and loneliness come from.
If this song played when woods shot mason in black ops 2 it would’ve made the scene 1000x better than it already is

Creepy.
Who makes sure the security guards don't have fever?

How can such a simple sequence of four notes be so menacing? Brilliant!
dissonance
28 Days Later
28 Weeks Later
28 Years Later
Like a few seconds before it sounds like a life support machine flat lining
Did you see it yet? I hope you did it's an amazing film all round!

28 Years Later trailer came out yesterday.
This is a dream come true.
Gives me goosebumps everytime I hear it. Almost as if something terrifying is about to happen.
Whenever I re-play the final campaign mission of Halo: Reach,I play this. It has that bleak vibe the mission has,as you make your last stand against the onslaught of The Covenant before eventually being overwhelmed but if you're going down, you'll go down fighting and take as many of them as you can with you.
Halo reach fucking sucks. Bungie hated Eric Nylund and made an entire game to shit all over his work.
@@relevant3773 The book and the game happen concurrently though. They're both canon but they follow different groups through The Fall of Reach.
@Mekakushi torōru In the alternative universe where Reach was an adaptation of TFoR it's good. But we dont live in that universe and we're stuck with retards who think 'hyper lethal vector' is canon

As you tie the final knot, and slip the cradle off death around your fragile neck, you lean of the tree; it dislocates your jaw and you start to lose conscience. You hear the faint cry of your 'dead' girlfriend, she drops everything at once and runs too help you, it's already too late, the last words you hear as you slip into the abyss are "It was just a prank bro".

Along side resident Evil.
The build up is just stunning, one of the most gripping I have ever heard. Stunning crescendo afterwards as well. It just demands to be listened to lots of times. Superb film also, launched a few careers that one (and enhanced others).
I found this movie extremely depressing for some reason. But Cillian Murphy seriously done an amazing job here. One of the best movies out there period.
