I'd like to say to anyone listening who feels shamed for having "negative" emotions sometimes- this is useful but also somewhat gaslighty. Human beings have a range of emotions. You do have a lot of agency in your life and I wish yu the best but it's FINE that your're not controlling the whole world with your mind. Take what works and leave the rest.

When am I going to awaken? Why do I feel like I'm waiting for something to happen I have done for 54 years. I do everything like meditation manifesting etc but I always feel stuck. I tried this technique on one occasion and as i was waking the following day i had an amazing sense if reality which made me question who i was. In retrosoect I'm saddened i felt a sense if fear and had myself recalabrate to return to me 'Lily'. Ill have to try the mediation again and take the feeling of being beyond the ego a little longer, something i can can more comfortable with.
I wrote I am holding a hummingbird in scripting and I ended up rescuing a humming bird from my RV and the only way I could get it back outside was to hold it. It kept hitting it's beak on the front window.

So I finally have a question. I don't know if I should be focusing on feeling like I already have my desire or if I should focus on other things completely because I have blocked myself for so very long on this desire. I'm talking like decades. I didn't know I didn't want it and was fighting it . And now that I do want it and it's not here. I don't know rather to focus on the feeling of already having it letting it go and get in receiving mode
