Congrats! its amazing how you get to go to all those places that for most of us it is remotely impossible to get a chance unfortunately, a bit of envy but no shaming. makes me wonder, how large is your filming/travel crew? and who's the lady? :))
Andrew, what an inspiration you are. ❤🎻🎸🎹 I made the Game of Thrones music with a CHAIR after learning from you. I know my comment will get lost here but if you are seeing this then please go to the channel and watch my series of #RecycledSoundChallenge. Keep going, Andrew.🎶❤
When you point out that the dolphin is chirping or minor chords, it inspires a little research into “music theory in nature” but I’m coming up kind of empty. Maybe you could do a video on bird songs (and dolphins and whatever else) from a music theory/intervals/chords perspective?
I'm a music teacher with a Music Technology class, and for my Found Sounds unit I always start with one of your videos. This is incredible work as always, thanks for inspiring me and my students!
Yes, I started thinking of what tourism boards want to promote and where it's relatively cheap to fly. I'd love to see something like this in Asheville NC, where he could visit the Moog museum and sample mountain bikes, beer production, Zipline and much more.
Hey Andrew, great video! I did some research and apparently there is no ongoing study whether or not Dolphin's can enjoy music, watching this I thought you might be the perfect person to find out what kind of sounds they find appealing to listen to! It's a question many people ask but nobody is researching to find an answer to. It would be a huge project though and you're obviously SUPER-busy. But I'd like to think you're a legit professor in music at this point. Keep inspiring the world!
I've been cooking for almost 40 years, professionally for almost 20. I've never heard anybody actually capture the music of the kitchen like you did. Mind Blown! Thank You!
I grew up in Clearwater, and I spent a lotttttt of time at the marine aquarium as a kid. Seeing you go there and bring it to life sonically was really special. My family moved away, and I haven't been back to Clearwater/St Pete in a while, but this made me feel like I was visiting home again. Amazing work, and I'm glad you enjoyed your time there!
Man, the dream is to be so skilled at my craft that I can have that much fun while working on multiple deadlines on top of business travel. I respect the work ethic, the persistent joy, the rad videography, and the sweet music.
Andrew bro this is such a freaking cool video man. I really hope to be as good as you at manipulating sounds one day. This concept just seems like such a cool idea, and it looks like your having a blast too! God speed man.
Wow. Andrew, you are amazing. Keep on going on! Also... please more Music is Everywhere. I have a playlist of the videos and I’ve watched the first one like 20 times. Please more Andrew I’m begging you
I used to volunteer at Clearwater Marine Aquarium in high school when they were filming Dolphin Tale. Glad you got to come down here to Florida and visit!
I'm from St. Pete and Living in Minnesota right now missing home! Bodega and Green bench are two of my favorite stops every time I visit St. Pete and it's awesome to see them getting recognized like this. Thank you Andrew!
i love how the most melodic part at the beginning was essentially written by the dolphin, with how they communicate, the noise probably had that rythm on purpose, idk what it means tho im not a marine biologist
Oh my God, I love that you went to the aquarium. Fun fact, my Uncle works there and we were visiting when Nicholas was rescued as a baby. He and his mother were beached and severely sunburnt. His mother ended up passing away but he survived. We wanted to name him Icarus as he got too close to the sun but they named him Nicholas as he was rescued around Christmas. I love that he's in your song! So cool
I already knew it, but after this video I'm CONVINCED that Mr. Huang could do the BEST soundtrack for ANY KIND of commercial if he wanted to!! His music is deeply rooted in the essence of what he's focused on and it amazes me every time!! I could almost see the perfect commercial soundtrack for that aquarium and also that glass place and also for the Bodega one and also the beer too AND ALL COMBINED HE DID THE PERFECT SOUNDTRACK FOR HIS TRIP. Hands down, Andrew does the best music production of our generation. Congrats, my man!! I follow your channel for years now and you keep surprising and inspiring me in every single video!! A little late but happy 2020 for you and I wish you keep surprising us and yourself with all this amazing potential you have for creating music!!
the percussive swing you manually created with Bodega's fryer was super creative! I loved seeing the transition from the source of the sound to the final product!
8:40 Sophomore year of undergrad, many moons ago, I composed a musical onomatopoeia for my theory class that consisted of sounds one would hear at the gym, but of course all a cappella. I got free coffee the next day because I used 12 part harmony to create the aesthetic (coffee was the prize for the most creative project week to week). The video, sampling, and then this scene... just made me think of that project lol
I love how you managed to turn this pretty innocuous town with pretty innocuous regular old activities into these incredibly interesting songs and video, finding the cool and weird and awesome beats out of the mundane while adding interest to it.
This channel straight up has some of the best quality videos on this website. Great visuals, great audio, clearly a lot of work goes into it and it shows
Thanks for watching! Put the track in your playlists if you liked it :D fanlink.to/dolphinsss

you mean local man makes music from the cries of enslaved creatures?
@@polariz8137 you may have missed the parts of the video about it being a marine hospital and how all the animals are rescues

It's insane the amount of potential for an entire show here. This is so fucking good.

It gives Garage and Deep House Vibes.

yo the dolphin singing a minor chord is super sick, i wonder what happens when you play some highpitched melodies back to the dolphin :o
Well most of the other whistle recordings were pretty atonal I definitely lucked out with that one haha
I would seriously watch a 30 min./episode series of this. Such a dope idea and so much different than most ‘travel’ show concepts.
"This dolphin whistles in B minor" absolutely lovely Andrew
I really like that the brewery beat used the dolphins chords. Kinda like a leitmotif lol
