I laughed so hard when you flipped those first two grilled sandwiches. I do the same thing and so glad you didn't edit that out. I love your channel for the transparency. Thank you.
Hi Rachel. You have a lovely family. Your grandkids looked like they were having fun. Everything you made looked good, especially the meatballs! Thanks for sharing. 💐🌻🌺🌷
Re the stove’s eye: my husband and I rented a vacation cottage last winter and it had a stove just like yours. I have an induction stove and thought, what could be the difference, well, those infra red eyes don’t come down in temp well at all, I just couldn’t get the eye to cool down even a bit. Induction behaves just like a flame, very responsive. That’s all, thought I’d share
The meatballs looked awesome. I don't know why and people who thnk otherwise would probably like to blast me but I think they sound better to me without cheese. Cheese doesn't always make things better lol. No one come for me , I'm ducking. What's wrong with a great meatball with some good gravy plus I'm always unhappy with the way preshredded cheese melts and tastes. Anyhow thanks for the thought, I intend to try them and maybe I'll do part with cheese and part without to see. I'll likely doctor my own way as well, isn't that what we all do, just look for inspiration? I work a lot of hours but depending on when I may even try with homemade meatballs... We'lll see lol, not opposed to frozen and convenience. And then again I'm not opposed to cheese either but may try provolone or parm... I think if going over potatoes I'd prefer no cheese but who is to say... Point is I can see a lot of ways to vary this one. And of course one could noodle it or rice it... Even over biscuits...
