It says "When you play this card, start a fashion trend by calling out a color that the other players must match. Beginning with the next player after you, each player must show a card from their hand that matches the color you called out (Wild cards do not count). Players do not discard these cards, they just show them to you and return them to their hand. Proceed around the table until you reach the first player who cannot show the matching color- this player must draw 2 cards from the DRAW pile. If everyone has a matching card, no one has to draw. Play then resumes with the next player after you. If turned up at the beginning of play, return this card to the deck and pick another card."
