    Wiener Backhendl is NOT from Germany, but from Vienna = Austria. Usually it is eaten witg a plate of salad. And chicken schnitzel only eat tourists or kids, because the Vienniese Schnitzel (Wiener Schnitzel) is either made with veal (original) or pork. • @in_wino_veritas
      @in_wino_veritas 3 года назад +3

      True. And also there's also no Milanese in Italy, that's just an order you can get in Italian style restaurants in Germany and to a lesser extent also in Austria. I highly doubt that Wiener Backhendl is a staple dish in Germany. Unless you're visiting an Austrian themed restaurant.

    Food insider should do a more thorough research about fried chicken from around the world...
    For Japan it should be Chicken Karaage, Indonesia- Ayam Goreng Penyet & India should be Chicken 65. Anyway I really like Korean Fried Chicken & Taiwanese popcorn chicken. In Malaysia every fast food restaurant has fried chicken on their menu. And they are all top notch😋. Ayam goreng berempah or pandan chicken should have been in the video..🇲🇾

    I remember making a "Slow Cooker Chicken Yassa" from a recipe in a cookbook borrowed from the local library in small town B.C. in the 90s. It marinated for days in lemon juice and what at first appears to be too many onions and spices before beginning the cooking process, it was awesome! I will have to trawl the intercyberwebnet to find a recipe that l remember since l have moved to an even smaller town in B.C. since l made it.
