I've no idea who Sisa is and can't find anything google "sisa bible", but sisa in some Italian regions is a tit, so I find hard to not find cheerful a song sang by a nipple. :D
@@ImWalde Lol, sorry, I usually read descriptions (and I can get quite mad when people don't read mine), but this time I really didn't see the "read more" button. I've also just read the opera synopsis and honestly I understood absolutely nothing of the general theme and the part of Sisa's storyline, but this is likely my fault. :D
@@SPscorevideos Sisa has an abusive husband and has two sons, Crispin and Basilio who both works for the abusive Spanish Friars. I think one night, the two didnt show up or they got lost (cause Crispin got killed by the Friars and Basilio escaped) I forgot, so Sisa lost her mind. And they are just side characters of the story btw
I feel this sounded like a cheerful song because it was sang by a lyric soprano to cover the staccatos. I am curious to know if a Wagner approach could be done with this song.. I mean how would Birgit Nillson sing this given the chance and if it was a fit for her vocal type..
This sounds like a very cheerful song... if you have no idea who Sisa is.

I am thrilled to watch this performance. It gives me Mad Scene feels of Lucia de Lammermoor by Dame Joan Sutherland.
heard of Giselle's Breakdown scene?
This guy went to the Juilliard. Wow
This is beautifully haunting... sir, where did you find the score for this? I want to take an attempt on singing it.
