VanLife - Marquis didn't want to help upGrade our Motorhome, helpful!

Looking to upgrade we get bad / no customer service at Marquis our LOCAL dealership, told not to film as they get slated online! I WONDER WHY? we look at caravans & motorhomes at white arches in rushden instead and get excellent customer service. We find the one! Adria Matrix Supreme.

I run 3 groups have never heard any positives about Marquis. I think the staff are failed car salesmen 😂. Loads of positives for White Arches

Totally agree. We love brownhills for great service. Marquis is not for us x happy travels

I found Marquis to be quite rude, uninterested and unprofessional. They charged me £200 for an habitation lock that didn't work, their attitude was very dismissive.

Hi Jeff! 👋 totally agree with you, previous to this we called them up three time requesting a heating element replacement, under warranty from brownhills but wanted a quicker fix, paid for personally, not a call back, these guys are on our doorstep, so unprofessional and again really not interested, thank for your comment, I could go on. Certainly does, but when you met with many objections just when your viewing them! We brought our CV40 in covid times, took 18mths to deliver, we was meant to get updates monthly but was only called 3 times! thanks for watching

Sorry for the late reply, been busy enjoying life! we did ask twice but the manager didn't t like it and was the 3rd person we saw that day. thanks for watching tho, hope you do enjoy our outings! we love positive people when selling such expensive items that we save so long to buy!
