    This sounds interesting for sure ! I tried to find tutorials for the Shopify integration as I'm interested in building a fully custom webshop (with a no-code tool) for my business's shopify store, but couldn't find anything except the short intro from Plasmic's youtube channel. Is it really possible to build a full webshop that integrates with Shopify by pressing "publish" ? Like magic ? Thank you for all your content !

      Hi there.. “Like magic” no.. nothing works like that really.
      There are a few routes that plasmic enables however and each has their own workflow, complexity, pro’s, con’s or prerequisite technical skills.
      The different routes are basically plasmic hosted, Vercel hosted next.Js or using Shopify’s hydrogen.
      The initial setup and build may be better placed with a developer but then once configured the ongoing content management, creating new pages etc becomes vastly simpler for more Marketing related staff.
      I am planning on doing a series of tutorials covering these options to help build out the content gaps.
      But overall the process removes the shackles inherited from more traditional themes and allows for complete flexibility in design.
      If you are looking for a Dev partner to help get you setup the let me know and we can schedule a call to discuss your requirements.

      Thank you so much for clarifying that. I might take you up on that call in the beginning of next year as we will start looking for a developer to partner with.💪🏻 Appreciate your insight and looking forward to more tutorials.

      Hey, all Udesly related content is on the Udesly channel. This channel is now focusing on broader reach topics, workflows, and new tools or platforms that my agency uses on a day to day basis.

      @@AlternatePro Since you annouced the big news of your partnership we didn't get much content. 🥲
      Is there anything in the works?

    But OUCH the PRICE! $500/MONTH for 10k public user and 115 private???

    • @AlternatePro
      @AlternatePro  Год назад

      Yeah the price tag does climb as you go up the tiers. But like anything this isn't a silver bullet and each client, project and requirements need to be vetted and matched to the technical solution. Plasmic offers a great way for more established businesses to give flexibility to their marketing teams and increase time to market which saves significant time/money/internal bureaucracy.
      Is it the ideal solution for small business's or budget conscious companies no. But then the investment in complex tech stack such as next.js or hydrogen is kind of overkill and the balance between investment vs reward is lob sided. In those situations we would typically recommend either a edited Shopify theme, Framer site, Webflow or Wordpress but again the ideal solution very much relies on our clients capabilities and requirements.

      Lol dude it’s such a pile of giant hubris pooped right into someone’s little head during a manic episode. The entire product centers around getting code. 😂Which no single no-code no-hassle NO-developer audience gives no-thing about.
      Product feels and looks cheap for a reason. It’s built by devs for half devs. Literally guarantees you’ll have to completely redesign and redevelop your product every time you want to make a change, in the actual product, after you’ve brought it home to fit.
      A supreme disregard for user research, context, and behavioral intent.
